What do you like best about the product?
The best part about GreyJean Genie is its ability to predict customers' behavior like a charm. I have tried using it in my previous project, it indeed helps in reducing the Admin toil.
What do you dislike about the product?
Recently I believe, the website has moved to the new site. Need to clear the DNS cache to reach out to the new site. It may be a one-time effort though. But apart from this, this tool is sweet!
