The process of routing supporting documents for approval is time consuming. We find ourselves in need of creating templates for scanning in the DMS application.

The advanced automation capabilities have optimized our business. The integration, with our existing systems has simplified our processes resulting in increased reduced costs.

We have been using it without any problems, for quite some time.

The platform lacks a user drag-and-drop feature, which makes it difficult to create solutions. Creating scanning templates in the DMS application is also cumbersome.

This platform securely stores and organizes our documents. It has improved productivity. This allows us to provide better services to our customers.

Easy to use, train end users very quickly, no need for software expertise to create process flows. Any kind of process can be automated using this platform suite

Mobile apps to be perfected, web portal is good and desktop version meets all requirements of end clients. More integration connectors can be given along as off the shelf modules

Our overall needs are met by the product. They have assisted us in improving our backend operational procedures, decreasing TAT, increasing productivity, and expanding our customer base.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of coordination between NewGen and Infrrd in support The implementation partners NewGen and HCL did not offer any "best-practices" advice. The schedule of the project has been significantly impacted by this. Standard accounting and content organisation inside the tool have inconsistent logic. Formatting and accounting values appear to be poorly or completely illogically organised within the programme.

It is simple to handle and classify documents; we use it in conjunction with BPM processes; we archive papers using it; and it is all good, dependable, managed, and simple to use.

Nothing; everything is working well and fulfilling our wants and requirements; we've been using it for a while now with no problems. No improvements needed as of now

Documents can be archived and classified without concern at any stage of the BPM operations.
Without many steps or adjustments, it simply associates the archived documents with the work item; all are rapidly made feasible with the tool, which satisfies the tough needs we deal with every day.

I have used the newgen platform, which has given me hands-on experience; the platform is user-friendly, and I like it most.

Sometime the system freezes for the loan cooporate which i think is bug that can be rectified
