What do you like best about the product?
Over this system is handy, and very helpful one is tracking of documentations and forms a a repository.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have noted a need in Newgen to align users with Branches to avoid using generic users.
Number of reports needs to included and accomodate use of CIF in the system.

EDMS has made it easy for us to manage and maintain bank and clients' documents
What do you like best about the product?
What we like best about this is that it accepts all types of documents. Also, users can scan and the scanned doc is directly saved in the system.

There are some brand of scanners that are not compatible with the system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It resolved the issue in KYC document management. Branch checking of client documents was made easy through digitalization.

CCM application is very much like for SBIG communication system

O2MS and CCM tracking is missing where SBIG can track business on real-time basis

Ened to End Tracking is not up to the mark
User friendly GUI and features
What do you like best about the product?
Look and feel of the platfom is very good. End user can manage multiple functions in single window. Enhanced funcitons are user friendly and it worked very well.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes some time to take product to maturity phase. Faster the delivery of the Security inhancement, Bugs .etc can game changer for the prodcut.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
New platform can access multiple functions in single window. This lead to time saving resulting into improved TATfor multiple functions.
