The ability to transform the Business needs into the state of the art product with the latest technology products available. Creating products that are catered to the bottom line parties who are the members to make their day to day life in getting their health care more easily

Code being a proprietary concept is something that Newgen should look into as it could potentially become a deterrent to a certain extent when collaborating with business partners

Newgen is able to come up with products that are work flow related that help in the applications that centene creates for the members. The process mining including with the workflow is really beneficial

The platform has many features, and a bit challenging to identify the specific ones for my business.

While accessing the platform at time it required multiple attempts to access the data.

Deployment and server set are slightly tricky.

-Extensive supporting documentation is routed through multiple decision points before approval.
-Non-Standardization of workflow.
-Multiple, disparate and sometimes incompatible systems, each performing a specialized function.
-Complexity in evaluating the financial standing of the prospective customer.
-Limited managerial visibility and control across the loan approval Process.
-Ad hoc approvals are required due to delays in processing loan proposals leading to customer dissatisfaction.
-Lack of proper MIS for Ad-hoc referral requests.
-Lack of effective Document Management.
-Inadequate SLA monitoring, especially during inter department proposal movement.

Number of features to edit or save multiple version of docs, multiple types, annotations, marking, certifications etc are possible
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI may look older but usage wise it is very comfortable for any institution

For the banking users KYC, application request and supporting documents could be many, it can handle any number of documents and huge volume of transactions

What do you like best about the product?
The best part about NewGen is its ability to bring multiple functions and compliance procedures onto a singular interface. This leads to time-saving as well as allows my team to enhance their functional efficiency.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing which is a cause of concern for us is the ebook reading and comprehension that we have to do before using the software wholeheartedly. It becomes a tedious process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The immediate problem that NewGen helps us with is analysing case reports and making useful deductions based on them. For a team which is closely knitted, it comes as a boon because multiple individuals can share the tasks.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Be patient with your user time with NewGen. It might take some time for the end-user to fully appreciate its internal features.
A brilliant ECM Software solution
What do you like best about the product?
OmniDocs is one of the best ECM solutions out there. Its UI is very good and the personalization engine works remarkably well. Its strongest suit is its cost effectivness.
What do you dislike about the product?
The software has a few bugs that need to be dealt with. The speed of retrieval of documents needs to be sped up and while the search is good it needs to be a bit more cognitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our organisation was looking for a cost-effective ECM solution which would be compatible with our existing tech stack and Omnidocs fit the bill perfectly without any hiccups.
