The team is accommodating and interactive. The software is crisp and easy to use. The layout and design is decent.

Sometimes the timelines are not followed and there would be many unexpected bugs in the app and dashboard.

Gives users the required tools to run its operation in an efficient manner & the flexibility to change the way of its approach based on the user capabilities.

Limitations of customer support & the whole turnaround time taken. Restrictions on the know how to run the tool for starters & lack of user manuals.

Allocation logic has helped us solve our problems to a great extent. By controlling the allocation we are controlling cost & improving performance as well.

Dashboard UI can be better and easy to use and can have options to download bulk data based on different combinations.

The product is comprehensive and beautifully architected, caters for 1st, middle, and last mile as well as hub operations, billing component is good, exception handling is embedded, and UI/UX is effortless

Billing/rate card functionality needs some work to cater to unique business cases and SLA agreements. Data extraction needed for BI/BA platforms can be simplified a bit
