Wonderful tool for FM/LM operations
What do you like best about the product?
Shipsy data handling capacity is good than most of the tools in the market.
The tool doesnt lag at all even with running multiple tasks in different tabs. The first and last mile app is quite easy to use for ground coordinators.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it takes too much for driving small change requests, but i am assured that they will soon make it better .

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Shipsy is helping us to do the pickups as well as last mile deliveries in almost all the pincodes we work upon and provide us with their apps and insigts about same for making better business decisions.

What do you like best about the product?
They way they understand the cause of the issue, the quick approach and detailed solution. In simple words they make customer experience better with their solution approach.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometime it takes a bit time to provide solution, but they make sure necesery checks and conditions are in place, so the final outcome which they provide should always be best.

Shipsy is organized production, with easy user interface and very interactive with the user

Shipsy helping me in the B2B and B2C specially in the last-mile and 3pl field

Nothing always support,TMS is not useful

Product is Good for internation business and Shipment tracking and Online Bidding
Easy to use and information is updated frequently

Uploading multiple shipments to Shipsy was convenient. Besides the report on the shipment uploading status, showing why an upload fails and what to fix, is helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Shipment status is not updated according to the carrier website sometimes. So some shipments are not completed, and we could not tell if there was an issue during transit or not.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Shipsy dashboard showing all shipments and their status (on time, delayed, etc...) allow us to identify issues to resolve quickly, preventing several demurrage charges.

ONTIME TRACKING OF THE CONTAINER, WHICH HELPS TO TRACK SHIPMENT. GETTING THE DSR TO CUSTOMERS MAKES THEM HAPPY. WITHOUT MUCH COMMUNICATION ABLE TO TRACK

We are a QSR business and they have helped us save costs on immediate deliveries and constant implementations on rider payout and incentives and rosters. It is amazing to see that

- The product is really good and has helped us to scale from a few thousand orders per day to multiple hundred thousand orders per day.
- The team is very competent and supportive and works as a partner rather than a vendor.

No deal-breakers. The UX can be improved and afaik the team is already working on that.
