What do you like best about the product?
Simplicity, processes thought out well in advance, supports the current trends in business. User friendly. Team Coordinator has been supportive to explain as well as to support delivery
What do you dislike about the product?
Customization is a challenge at times, we have seen it in the measurement of km traveled or in single updates for Bag tracking. Processes are not easily available across business processes. Would appreciate if there are alerts built into process for Managers to check if someone has skipped a key step.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The IT Coordinator assigned to us has been supportive, listens to our requirements and informs us if the process already exists or if it can be done.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Shipsy is a user-friendly System. We have moved away from our in-house developed software for 3PL post-testing Shipsy services for one of our Clients and are will add the remaining Clients by the end of the year
Shipsy software and technical team members resolving the issues are timely manner.

Shipsy software has the quality features available in the First-mile delivery, Middle mile delivery, and Last-mile delivery process compared to other tools.

Everything fine. There is no dislike in shipsy software.

Shipsy implemented the API integration. Its helps to reduce the operation time.

What do you like best about the product?
User Friendly, Multiple Process Flow, Automated Business Process, Capturing all the process flow of Logistics business - FMD, MDM, LDM, Mobile App

Only a few reports are available, need to add a few more reports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
FMD, MDM, LMD Service Automation
The team is responsive and able to deliver the projects before deadline
What do you like best about the product?
They have a good team who can help you to fix any bug even if your site is having a problem, whatever the issue is, they will guide you in the right steps to fix it.
What do you dislike about the product?
In my last 3 or 4 years of experience with Shipsy, I didn't find any major issues for disliking their services. If they can improve the compatibility of their apps with the latest Android versions and provide apps for iOS, then there's nothing negative.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are providing us with first mile solutions like a dashboard where our customers can book their parcels and an app where our associates can book parcels for their end customers. Also, they are providing us with an API and Plugins facility. These things are automating our First Mile operations and a last-mile solution as well.

Shipsy has a very well-rounded knowledge of the whereabouts

They sometimes can't bend around the processes. They sometimes become too rigid about the sequence of steps that are to be followed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Shipsy handles the entire first-mile and last-mile solutions in our system. They have a proper ticketing mechanism in place to resolve any bugs/ issues that appear.

What do you like best about the product?
The company hosts professionals with wide experience across technologies and solutions including Web & Mobile Development, Advanced Analytics, Machine Learning and AI to name a few. The Project Managers and developers are well trained and dedicated in their work and delivery.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes dues to too many parallel project resource allocation and sharing is less than optimal. This can be improved via better planning and prioritization.

Shipsy offers a collaborative and supportive role in addressing a user problem/ requirement and creating a solution around it. It helps in developing and delivering world class mobile and web products.

Vast Industry knowledge of Supply chain Solutioning, Out of the box thinking is the core tenets, Agility is another important trait in Shipsy's leadership team that we noticed. Commitment to customer success is also commendable

First-time responsiveness to be improved, the Delivery methodology needs changes to evolving dynamics that are internal to the customer of Shipsy. Shipsy's team needs to relook at their delivery strategy to serve their services and solutions in a Rapid changing customer environment
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
An integrated First Mile, Last Mile delivery solutions across our Supply chain services and product lines. An end-to-end Pickup and delivery solution was deployed by Team Shipsy in a much faster way. An API-based integration to our systems and customer ecosystem helped us to deliver a world-class pickup solution. Some of the value additions during Pick up interfaces were well thought out in their design and helped us to deliver the same. Route optimization is another key solution that is being leveraged.
