What do you like best about the product?
I like the user interface because it is easy for end users to understand, works very well with all its features, and can be customised without any problem.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some documentation is missing, and sometimes, some of its functions may not be clear.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a very powerful process integration tool and can link applications, so our work became much simpler than before.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a perfect cloud integration platform due to its available connectors to other third-party applications, and it is very flexible and powerful.
What do you dislike about the product?
No issues so far with IBM App Connect. Because it meets our daily needs.

This integration tool also gives us connectors to directly connect our system and other supply chains, so it solves many problems.

What do you like best about the product?
I like this tool, it is very efficient and offers cloud storage capacity and data handling and you can track it. I like it and its excellent.

In some moments we noticed slowness and some small unexpected errors.

It is currently used to connect and integrate the ecosystem and better understand the functions and the biggest benefit is that everything is in the cloud and it offered us data storage.

I like how easy it is to create the activity stream and how easy it is to connect and display data through an excellent and complete dashboard full of information.

Sometimes the system gets slow and needs to be improved; I hope for a change.

I like that the APIs can be managed, either from external or internal sources, and the log queries are excellent and, with a bit of coding, can be used and learned.

The price of connectors is a bit expensive and could be a problem for developers.

Solved our integration problems with several Saas and local applications that allowed us to generate flows opportunely and beneficially.
