What do you like best about the product?

I use this platform very frequently. The AnyPoint Platform from MuleSoft has tons of connectors and tools for making integration super easy, whether on-site or in the cloud. Seriously, it is loaded with awesome features like reusable assets, solid API management, and monitoring built in-nice all rounded up into one big package for large integrations. That's cool, how easy it is to set up integration; it takes businesses in, gets them up and running fast without those crazy coding skills. Also, when customers encounter some issues, that will be pretty easy for them to reach Customer Support, which is superbly documented and in real quick response.

What do you dislike about the product?

MuleSoft can be overwhelming for those without integration experience due to the steep learning curve, even though it is feature-rich. A bit expensive, this makes it a lot less accessible to smaller companies. For advanced use cases, extra customization and tuning is required, which once more diminishes the Low-Code/No-Code value in complex use cases.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

It provides one unified solution for the connectivity of applications, data, and devices that assist businesses in avoiding the complexity and cost of customized integrations. It vastly simplifies the creation and management of APIs themselves, making it really easy to expose your internal services and integrate third-party platforms. This is very useful for workflow automation, data harmonization, and ensuring information flows-in real time-between systems.
