The best tool for Audience Engagement
What do you like best about the product?
-I have been using CleverTap for acquisition, retention and churn management
-User-friendly interface, able to setup campaigns with ease
-Advances features such as personalised dashboard, automated journeys and segmentation capabilities
-Seamless omnichannel integration across multiple touchpoints (E-mail, Push Notification, In-app banner)
-Timely response and support from the team when answering queries and for troubleshooting

What do you dislike about the product?
-Some features and integration requires tech intervention from Product, which may cause delays
-Segmentation has room for improvement. I can't choose 'OR' but I am stick with using 'AND' which limits the criteria I'd like to set for a specific cohort
-Inaccurate conversion rates and unable to track which subscription plan a charged user has subscribed to based on a specific campaign.
-Rich notification requires a special code. Would be great if there is an easier way to set it up.
-The time it takes to stay logged in could be shorter as it is a hassle to be kicked out after being idle for a few minutes.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Able to retarget inactive users via CSV uploads. This is crucial for churn management.
Able to split segmentations and customise messaging for each segment.
