As indicated in our marketplace agreement and onboarding email, if a subscription continues after the free trial period ends, our service is automatically charged on a monthly basis according to the marketplace pricing table. This is why a charge was incurred. However, if our earlier offer to extend your free trial and provide a credit wasn’t suitable for your use-case, we're happy to make your experience better by providing a goodwill refund for the charge incurred.
