No YAST and Crontab

I tried to install it but the cloud tools and heroes repositories are no longer available. Also when you do zypper update, the update and update-non-oss repository appears to be outdated and can't install 5 packages.

There is no yast and crontab command. I find a way to fix the crontab by installing zypper install vim and then setting the path for EDITOR=/usr/bin/vim

It should be running already when you log in thru putty, but this one only has zypper. If anyone has the luck to have the yast working. let us know.
