What I liked about it?
I actually loved the dashboard and simplicity of using it. Key metrics are easily accessible. End to end visiblity in data pipeline, clear understanding of flow and transformation of data which eased the developement as well as root cause analysis of ETLs.

What do you dislike about the product?
I had some problem while navigating in some complex pipelines, some improvements are required there. For new users it can be overwhelming experience. It is also not compatible with few 3rd party integrations, they should add more service to it. Aart from above I didn't find any major downside.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Databand tracks metrics with accuracy and flags anomalies automatically which solves the problems of poor data quality leading to inaccurate results. IBM databand also helped in solving the issue which some data pipeline may have, "the lack of visibility". IBM databand directly helps in finding pinpoint bottlenecks and dependacies.
