Transformative tool that goes well beyond proposals
What do you like best about the product?
Implementing CV Partner has been one of our most successful and beneficial launches. My users love the ease of use and have commented that CV Partner makes updating resumes, an often dreaded chore, a fun experience. The additional insight into our staff and corporate expertise and skills have faciliated cross-company collobartion on not only proposals, but questions like who can help with my Python script or review my data analysis. We can narrow the list of potential candidates and projects for proposals in minutes instead of hours of tedious keyword searches in the prior system. We find new ways to use CV Partner regularly; it's a pillar of our data environment.
Implementing CV Partner couldn't have been any easier or gone better. When we launched, we had the best possible outcome--no one needed to call for help or support, people adapted very quickly, and we now get feedback that updating resumes is fun.
But it's more than an incredible product. The customer support team is absolutely top notch. Time after time, our team has gone above and beoyond to make sure integrations and data imports go smoothly with no downtown. We often brainstorm solutions and new uses as a team and look forward to our regular meetings.

What do you dislike about the product?
There's not a single thing I dislike. I only wish they could handle our library of other proposal documents.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Knowledge sharing and cross-company collaboration. Staff can now easily find each other, and excitement about the tool and new features like key skills had increased engagement.

What do you like best about the product?
CV Partner has the best and most efficient Custumer Support! We use CV Partner to produce CV's for tenders and also have integration between CV Partner and our website. It works very well!"
What do you dislike about the product?
We miss a more lawyer-specific approach and hope that our development needs will be taken into greater consideration in the future.

CV Partner ensures that it is easy for our users to update their own CV's.

What do you like best about the product?
Our employees find Flowcase very user friendly. It makes the important task of maintaining the CV very easy and manageable.
The help for users is good, both in terms of the personal support and the online training materials.

What do you dislike about the product?
When we started out with Flowcase , I found the system to be a little unflexible, but 4 years down the line my view on this has changed radically. Almost all our requests for change have been met and we have a good dialogue with Flowcase about the remaining requests.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Flowcase saves us a lot of time in our tender process, both for the bid managers / tender coordinators and for the employees who need to maintain their CVs and references. But even more importantly, it helps us to deliver professional (and winning) bids for projects.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to search and filter candidates and having all records in a single location has been very helpful in reducing error and making it easier to find best fit candidates for proposals.
Customizable templates/being able to export resumes in our company template has saved a tremendous lot of time.
Unlimited project references a huge bonus.

What do you dislike about the product?
Search remains a weakness - need AND/OR search and specific text search (such as using "xx") to better filter for appropriate resources.
More customization in the project references section would be helpful.

Timesaving and easy to use tool for managing and tailoring CV's and references
What do you like best about the product?
User friendly application where you easily can search for the competence relevant for your bid, tailor it and export it in a various number of templates. CV Partner consultants offered valuable insights and best practices when implementing the application and the support chat has been of great value to our end users.
What do you dislike about the product?
Understanding how to change the language settings can be a bit challenging for end users. The reference part of the application could be a bit more flexible. But overall a great tool that offers great transparency and saves time when working with a bid!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives us transparency across the whole nordic organisation, increasing the possibility to find the right competence needed.
CV-partner is a very intuitive and good tool to use
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is very clear and easy to use. You have all employees' CVs and reference projects readily available for use in, for example, offers. You can create groups and tag each CV in the group they belong to. The group leader then has the ability to edit their group members' CVs, which simplifies the offer process. You can also create your own offer room, where you can easily add the different CVs and project references you want to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything special right now. I am quite satisfied.

Seamless Experience
What do you like best about the product?
CV partner is very easy to access, navigate and manage. As an admin, I never had a trouble using it to add users or create proposals. The customer support can be contacted quickly and are knowledgeable. It is quite easy to implement after giving introduction about it to my colleagues. The features are all usable and are well thought of.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't see and downside to be honest. Maybe a bit more visual improvement will be good. Like better layout for users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CV partner gives all employees a very nice format to create their CVs and access the CVs of other colleague should they need them for a proposal. As for me, it gives me more information about the skills and experiences of my colleagues so I know who to contact to if I need someone with a specific skill set.

CV Partner has helped us streamline and optimize the management of our consultant's CVs. Through the easy-to-use self-service portal, our consultants keep their CVs up to date in a matter of seconds.
We love the centralized master data management, as it helps us ensure alignment of roles, technologies and skills across CVs, resulting in higher quality and consistency of our offers and bids.
Setting up our own CV templates was easy, and the system comes off as quite flexible. The API has allowed us to integrate with partners in a breeze.

CV Partner helps us keep the CVs of our consultants up-to-date by allowing the consultant to maintain their own resume.

It's very helpful that I can share CVs with our partners and that I can select from the consultant CV pool and customize for tenders

I don't really like working with CVs, but that's all I do here, lol.

Great product, solves an actual problem without getting in the way

Structured CV that can be output to different templates easily.
A decent API, so you can extract the information to where you want, easy to integrate e.g. to show information on your website.

What do you dislike about the product?
Worst part has to be the templating system is based on the dotx-format, it is pretty painful to develop new templates, but I assume many companies simply have CVPartner fix it for them for a price.
Time consuming to set up "masterdata", verifying and categorizing skills and such, is a bit too troublesome, but it is for the most part a huge job once, and then a bit of maintenance from then on.

I no longer need to maintain several different files for each consultants CV, instead a have one master CV in CVPartner, and I can add a CV to a specific offer, and adjust it their further for a specific customer.
