Teams and Outlook are important for us, and Teams is central to our operations.

I utilize Power Automate for streamlining repetitive tasks in our organization, but not for large tasks. For tasks such as holiday requests, it is helpful.

With Power Automate, we only handle small things, so the impact is not substantial, but it does help improve productivity.

For example, when somebody wants to go on holiday, they have to ask their boss. In former times, we did this via paper or email. Now we do it via Power Automate, which is faster.

The most valuable and useful tool for us is Teams because we can make video calls and share data in a simple way. We can connect with many people because many of our customers and suppliers use Teams. It is a very good platform to share knowledge and communicate.

For example, we have offices in other European countries, and we can share price lists, pictures for products, and catalogs with these offices. Communication is faster than it was without Office 365.

Office 365 could be improved or enhanced in some ways. It would be better if it were more simple to find the points, or sometimes there are so many possible configurations that it makes you confused.

I would like to have more structured options for configuration in Office 365.

I have been working with Office 365 for two years.

Office 365 is rather stable and reliable. Of course, sometimes you can see issues with the state of the software every day, and sometimes there are problems with Teams or Exchange Online. However, most of the time, I would say 90% of the year is a stable solution.

For example, with Teams, we encounter issues such as it freezing in meetings or not recognizing a camera or microphone. Sometimes there are troubles with email, such as not being able to make distribution groups or look at archived mails in the web solution.

Office 365 is very scalable when evaluating it.

I measure the scalability of Office 365 by how we handle it with offices in Europe and other countries. Azure or Office 365 helps us to work more internationally.

I don't often communicate with the technical support of Office 365. Most times we can solve our problems or questions if we ask Copilot or Google, or we talk to our software house, a system house here in Germany. They are Microsoft partners and help us.

Before Office 365, we didn't use cloud solutions. We used older versions of Office for PCs, such as Excel 2016 or Outlook 2016. We had a physical Exchange server and physical servers here in our office. Now we have changed into the cloud, and in the past, we also worked with Microsoft products.

Microsoft is our long-time vendor, and we didn't want to switch to anything else.

I have been working with various projects in our mail surroundings and also on security tools.

I assess that Office 365 has a lot of integration work done in applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook with OneDrive for cloud storage, and that is a really good thing for us.

When we have projects, we make a team in Teams, and this allows us to make meetings faster and organize them more effectively. We can share data in these meetings much faster and more easily than in the past.

I assess the effectiveness of Office 365's advanced security measures, such as multi-factor authentication and data loss prevention, positively. We are using multi-factor authentication and have strict rules that allow it to be used only with hardware in our Active Directory, for example. We are using Intune to make the hardware more secure.

I know we have the licensing for Office 365. I know we have license E3, for example, and Premium Basic. As a customer, I would say it could be cheaper, but it is acceptable from the structure, and I can understand it.

I think it is worth the money that we pay for it.

We do not use any official documentation offered by Microsoft. We make our own documentation because of laws, justice, and requirements here in Germany, and we use our own tools for this.

Based on every aspect of Office 365 that I have worked with, I would rate it an eight out of ten.

Email and collaboration are the main use cases for Office 365 at Omagi Media Labs. It is used for internal and external communication in daily work. Groups and Teams groups are created and used in a similar manner to other companies, without unique use cases.

Office 365 can be improved by increasing support, which currently is not efficient and takes a lot of time to resolve issues. It has been observed that support personnel often lack hands-on experience, and more training is required. Additionally, while communication is beneficial, cost increases every year are a drawback. Office 365's support needs enhancement, though many new features are being introduced.

Office 365 is very stable in my experience.

Scalability with Office 365 is straightforward. Whenever scaling up is required, procuring additional licenses is easy unless it is under an EA plan. Downgrading is also possible.

The reason it is not a ten is because of the complexity of managing the vast array of admin settings, which requires a specialized IT team. Even though it meets industry standards for decent security compliance such as SOC and HIPAA, the complexity of managing the admin settings needs to improve.

I have been using Office 365 for over seven years, managing its rollout and adoption as our primary suite for productivity and cloud-based collaboration.

Do not simply turn it on. Focus heavily on change management and training. The tool is very powerful, but you only get the full return on investment if your employees actually know how to use the advanced collaboration features beyond just basic email.

Our company uses their enterprise subscription model, typically E3 or E5, to support our global staff.

Microsoft Copilot is a great feature that is no longer just a productivity suite; it functions as a layer that helps our employees significantly in their day-to-day work. I gave this review a rating of 9 out of 10.

The main use cases for Office 365 are both for our clients and internal use.

The best features with Office 365 include the ability to access email anywhere since it's not an on-premises server, it's in the cloud, which saves us on storage and exchange administration, making it a significant change going from on-premises, which we were for the longest time, to the cloud, so it's definitely a benefit.

I don't think of any areas that could be improved or things that I would want to see in the next releases of Office 365.

Microsoft could improve their support; I don't deal with Office 365 or Office 365 application-specific issues, but I wonder if it's similar where you get someone from Microsoft to hold your case, which could take a couple of days, maybe a week in between when they get back in contact with you.

We use the Microsoft Office 365 suite for personal purposes. We use Teams for communications, and we use Azure DevOps for some of our workflow management.

I use Office 365 for Outlook for emails. I use Excel spreadsheets for managing lists of things, test plans, traceability matrix for testing, and requirements. I create pivot charts to monitor progress with things. I use OneNote to keep information relevant to different topics that I'm working on or that I'm interested in.

We use Teams from Office 365 for one-to-one chats and collaborative teams that we put together. A team and then channels are used for file sharing and direct communications. I have some apps that I use in Teams, such as the Microsoft Lists app that I use for bug tracking quite often.

I use OneDrive all the time, and I find it really easy to use in evaluating the integration capabilities of Office 365 applications such as Excel, Outlook, Word with OneDrive for cloud storage in terms of enhancing remote work capabilities. It's great that you can sync it to your Explorer. You can just use it the same way that you would use a file store. I don't really know about the integrations between different Microsoft products, but I do use OneDrive, it's very useful.

Teams has been really valuable recently as a feature of Office 365 when I've been working on projects where I've needed to collaborate with quite a large group of people. Having all the communications in one place, rather than large email trails going backwards and forwards where it's harder to keep the thread of the communication, has been really useful to have that collaborative space in Teams. That's probably been the most useful feature that I found recently.

Microsoft Teams has helped facilitate teamwork and operational efficiency over the years, and we've had channels where we can add people from different organizations. We've got trusted partners where we can invite them to a private, secure channel where we can communicate directly with each other. We can share files, and we can interact with lists to manage our workload. Within that, we can have private channels so that not everyone who's in the team can see certain channels, which makes it extra secure. The video call capabilities are great for having productive meetings that don't need to be face-to-face. Recently we have Copilot, which can transcribe our calls, which is great.

I don't have any ideas off the top of my head at the moment about what I would improve about Office 365. I can't think of anything that frustrates me about the tools.

I mentioned that I use Copilot, and maybe I would Office 365 to implement more AI, artificial intelligence within my daily routine with Office 365. I haven't used Copilot too much because I don't have a license for that at the moment. It's not rolled out to everybody yet. I'm not really sure of the limitations of it.

It's difficult to pinpoint how long I've been working with Office 365. It has probably been more than five years.

I have experience with solutions such as UiPath which we were looking into about 18 months ago, but the cost at the time wasn't something that we could consider. Power Automate, we do have access to at the moment, but I've not used it very much, so I'm limited in knowledge.

I've started looking at Playwright for test automation. I'm doing some training on that just now, and we're possibly going to be implementing that in the future. It's still early days with that, so I haven't really got anything to share at this present time.

I'm just an end user of this tool. We just get the monthly updates from Microsoft pushed out to our devices. I'm sure it'll just be the latest version that we're using.

I'm not a security expert by any means, but I can see we do have MFA enabled. I have to authenticate into our environment with my mobile phone with the authenticator app. It's really straightforward and simple to use in assessing the effectiveness of Office 365's advanced security measures, such as multifactor authentication and data loss prevention. I can only really speak to it as a user because I'm not involved in configuring that at all or the technical underlying infrastructure behind it. As an end user, it's very seamless.

My favorite features of Office 365 include Excel with the abilities to do the different formulas and everything. It's quick and easy to formulate to get stuff to look nice on it, and being able to sum and automatic adding makes it easy and accurate for quotes.

Office 365 has positively impacted my organization by making the salespeople more accurate because they've been able to use the features in Excel instead of relying on the calculator or adding machine, and some of the AI with writing and things with Word has helped improve things with that, too.

One of the big changes is when Microsoft updates anything, they will switch where some of the settings are and where to find them, which becomes a little frustrating because you're used to it in one spot and it's someplace else.

I seldom use PowerPoint because I am not required to make presentations very often. I spend almost every moment in my office using Teams to collaborate and communicate with others, along with Excel and Word.

In Office 365, you can open Excel and Word documents and even PDFs without having to save the file or navigate outside Office 365. You can save your files on OneDrive. It offers access to all the software in the Microsoft ecosystem. Through Office 365, you can access applications such as Drive, Excel, and Word.

Teams is a really good collaboration tool. You can work basically at any part of the world and communicate and collaborate with anybody, as long as they are connected to the internet. It helps with remote work, and although I don't work remotely, I have offices in Dubai and different geographical locations. It helps me connect with my colleagues and team who are not in the same geography as I am in Bangalore. Teams can facilitate team meetings, screen sharing, and organizing meetings.

Regarding security, we have two-factor authentication governed by organizational policy. When trying to login to Office 365, Teams, or any Office 365 app, we are required to provide a password and use Microsoft Authenticator to sign in using a code. This is how two-factor authentication is implemented in our organization.

Office 365 offers a suite of apps including OneNote, though I don't use it very often. In terms of integration with Microsoft ecosystem, it offers everything needed to get work done without any hassle.

I work on a Mac, and sometimes Outlook on Mac is pretty slow. I experience some latency on Outlook on my Mac. I am not sure if users encounter the same issue on Windows, but on Mac, I sometimes experience slowness on Outlook.

I have been using Office 365 for maybe 10 years. All organizations that I have worked for use or have used Office 365.

We have a separate team who look after licensing, installation, and technical issues. If I encounter an issue, I am not required to communicate directly with Microsoft technical support. It works seamlessly without any hassle on Windows. On Mac, there are tiny glitches, but you don't encounter them very often, and by and large, it works great on Mac as well.

Large enterprises, Fortune 500, Fortune 100, Fortune 50 companies use Office 365 suite of products extensively within their organizations. Regarding scalability, I have rarely come across any outages or latency due to scaling issues. Scalability has never been an issue with Office 365.

I have used Google Workspace and Office 365. I have also used other collaboration apps, such as Slack, which is a competitor to Microsoft Teams. As a package, Office 365 bundles many software together, making it a very compelling proposition. There are competitors such as Google Workspace and Zoho, but in terms of support and reach, Office 365 surpasses them in features and integration with the Microsoft ecosystem, especially with Azure. However, there are standalone products which are better than their counterparts in Office 365. For instance, I prefer Slack over Teams.

I was given a machine which had Office 365 already set up, so I have no experience with the initial setup.

My rating for Office 365 is 7.5 out of 10. It would be interesting to see how it performs for Linux users, as there aren't as many Linux users as Mac or Windows users.

I would give Office 365 a rating of 7. I appreciate Office 365, but some products, such as OneNote, are somewhat outdated. There could be improvements made specifically for OneNote. While it is a tidy, neat note-taking app, there is more potential for development. However, products such as Excel and Word rank very high, though some products could perform better.

I have approximately 3 to 4 years of experience with Office 365.

The desktop version is stable, but the online version has stability issues. When multiple people use a document in the online version, we encounter problems that do not occur in the desktop version. This creates an inconsistent experience between the two versions.

I cannot rate the customer service with Microsoft on a scale of 1 to 10 as I have never faced any issues, raised concerns, or attempted to contact technical support for Office products.

I am not familiar with the initial setup process as it was implemented organization-wide, so I am uncertain whether it was easy or difficult or if any issues were encountered.

Regarding documentation, I do use the online resources. The online documentation is helpful, but not as beneficial as unofficial forums such as Reddit where users share their experiences and solutions. On these unofficial forums, other users who have faced similar issues provide answers. These tend to be more accurate and updated than the official Microsoft forums and knowledge base. While the official documentation helps, I often turn to Reddit or other platforms for additional information when the knowledge base does not address my needs.

I would rate my experience with that type of support at 7 out of 10.

My usual use cases for Office 365 include basic use for receiving or sending emails for official purposes using Outlook, and for creating small documents in Excel or Word. I use Word for PowerPoint presentations and any type of documentation to provide to clients.

Regarding Office 365 features and capabilities, I honestly don't use too much of the features of Outlook or Excel because I'm a technical person regarding my tools. I'm only using it for mail purposes or other documentation.

I use Microsoft Teams as a tool for communication and collaboration. Microsoft Teams is a very good option for me to connect within the organization or with my team. We can also connect with external teams, share links, share screens, and take control of other people's meetings. We do a lot of things through Teams, and we have scheduled many meetings with the help of the Teams calendar.

The most interesting thing I have seen in Office 365 is the mail format along with the auto collection feature provided in Outlook, which I enjoy very much.

In terms of improvements for Office 365, I don't think there is much that needs to be enhanced, but it might take some time to reload sometimes.

The reload process can take some time, which I would prefer to be optimized.
