Adaptive Shield is a Game Changer
What do you like best about the product?
Adaptive Shield has truly transformed our approach to SaaS security. Its robust monitoring and proactive risk management features have significantly bolstered our security framework. The platform integrates seamlessly with our existing systems, and its user-friendly interface makes navigation a breeze. Excellent documentation combined with great customer support makes new integration setup a breeze.
The detailed reporting and insightful analytics are standout features, providing us with the necessary tools to preemptively address potential threats. Additionally, the customer support team is exceptional, always responsive and helpful with any inquiries or issues.
Alerts delivered to a variety of channels help to ensure that we are kept up to date on any new issues, configuration drift or integration problems. A quick glance at our Adaptive Shield dashboard each morning helps us start off the day with peace of mind.
Adaptive Shield is an invaluable asset for any organization aiming to enhance their SaaS security. I highly recommend it!

What do you dislike about the product?
Although there is an impressively large list of integrations available in Adaptive Shield for SaaS platforms, there is not 100% coverage for all of our applications. For the gaps, we still need to do manual assessments, which obviously is not nearly as effective. Adaptive Shield does add new integrations at a good pace, so I expect that gap to shrink over time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prior to Adaptive Shield, assessment of our security posture across our SaaS landscape meant we had to schedule sessions with each platform's admin to review the current configuration and recommend appropriate changes to enhance security. Since there was no automated monitoring, the manual assessments would have to be repeated periodically, hoping that nothing change between checks.
Adaptive Shield dramatically changed that workflow for us, freeing up a tremendous amount resources while also providing us with much more confidence in our posture.

Adaptive Shield is a Comprehensive and User Friendly Tool
What do you like best about the product?
With its outstanding ability to provide clear visibility into our SaaS applications, it makes security priorization and remediation much easier.Its user interface is comphrensive, making the vast amount of data it presents easy to understand and action. This clarity helps make easier to identify and address security gaps. Furthermore, the tool's customer support is exemplary, offering prompt, knowledgeable assistance with implementation and continuous use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only con about Adaptive Shield, is over time more requirements and permission may be need for the integration of certain apps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Adaptive Shield helps to identify security gaps and provide steps of remediation which helps improve our security posture and ensure we're implementing best security practices.

Adaptive Shield monitors security configurations of our cloud-based tools. It highlights blind spots or misconfigurations, it alerts when there is drift in our configurations. It correlates user access across products to help with offboarding. It surfaces the newest vulnerabilities and their potential solutions as they become public.

This is a SaaS Security Posture Management (SSPM) solution designed to manage the security posture of an organization’s SaaS platforms.

What do you like best about the product?
Adaptive Shield providers a platform to easily manage a large portion of our SaaS security posture. Their teams are very active in maintaining and creating new integrations. One of my favorite things about AS is how responsive they are to current cybersecurity events, providing guidence in a very quick turn around time.

With any application integration with this many other SaaS, upkeep and maintenance will always be present. Adaptive Shield support is very helpful though.

We have a very SaaS heavy ecosystem, Adaptive Shield gives us a visibility we previously did not have on our eco system. Furthermore, it is extremely helpful in keeping shadow IT in check
