Remote Support within Clicks away!
What do you like best about the product?
Remote viewer support for IOS devices is now available. Enhances troubleshooting support for both andriod or IOS devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
The availability to view past events would be a great improvement, this would expand the usefulness of remote viewing far beyond just monitoring the present.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Printer issues, connectivity issues, troubleshooting, and remote view of our devices help make our job more accessible and more productive.

What do you like best about the product?
We use Esper to see hardware data in real time and remotely log in to the device for troubleshooting.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's always room for improvement but so far it's been working for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Able to load custom software to tablet for credit card processing.

What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to remote control our clients tablet to facilitate our job and explain mistakes easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think I has to do more about our clients Internet, but esper sometimes takes some time to load the remote control function, or not connect at all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to help our clients confirm their online orders or notify them when ever they having a pending order by using the remote control function.
Great Tool to handle a fleet of mobile devices
What do you like best about the product?
The seamless process of onboarding any mobile device with clear documentation and multiple options to onboard devices into the system

Nothing much, I once had the issue with not being able to set the timezone on a device remotely.

Centrally managing the fleet of devices used for our deployment of Kiosk and POS devices.

User Friendly, easy to create templates,

Lacks features, scheduled deployments are hit and miss, ghost failures during provisioning, lack of dedicated support

Esper allows us to provision devices to work with our software application. push updates and control access levels for users.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to remotely access our customers accounts and make sure that they are up to speed with their tablets and that they are always online.
What do you dislike about the product?
Probably the shutdown time when remotely accessing devices and the difficulty of renaming device IDs on Esper. I wish there was an easier way to locate devices other than just the device ID.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making sure that no orders are missed and that the stores' devices are always online by monitoring them using Esper.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how you can see in real-time how the person interacts in that way, you can guide them right away and determine what the error was to help you resolve the technical concern in a timely manner.
What do you dislike about the product?
The remote time is only for 15 minutes max. I hope that the Esper Tech Team can extend this. As for me working in a Tech company and helping merchants do the Tech Demos, it should be real-time, and it takes a few minutes to connect again (Probably this concerns the connectivity issue). But hoping to extend the remote time. Also no timeline for when you change the device id, like what was the first device, then it was changed to this, and then after that and so forth.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can see the real-time technical problem of our app; therefore, we can escalate the concern to our Technical Team and resolve it right away. This is very beneficial for me, especially for us working with a Tech company
Good functionality and great support
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to understand user interface. The web interface to handle devices is intuitive to the point where you don't need to read the manual to know what you need to do to accomplish your goals.
Access to API means you are able to automate tasks and integrate control into other applications.
It is easy to get in touch with support or the account manager. And they are always friendly and helpful.

What do you dislike about the product?
Esper's server location is quite far from our area of operations; this leads to a high ping which causes some delays when working with the web interface and other tasks that go through the servers.
It would be nice to have an option for MFA login. Currently, there's support for signing in with google, which is great, but there are still some features that need login with username/password.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Esper is solving the problem of managing edge devices running Android. We can easily update software on these devices, and Esper enables us to debug issues that arise without the need for the devices to be shipped to the workshop.

What do you like best about the product?
Some of the things I like most about Esper is that it not only gets you connected to the tablet screen but also tells you a wide variety of details about the tablet to diagnose correctly.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I dislike about Esper is when we connect to the tablet remotely, there is a time limit. I imagine there must be a reason why that feature exists, but it does make it cumbersome.

In our line of business, we must ensure many tablets' proper operation and maintenance by connecting to their screens and diagnosing. Esper allows us to do so quickly and efficiently.
