Esper a trusted MDM Application for taking the devices to the company owned devices.
What do you like best about the product?
I mostly liked the Kiosk Mode of an application. The application has many excellent features like MDM controlling, Device policy Management, and the most fantastic quality I picked for my users is the App installation controlling. Overall, I loved all the application features provided, and in the future, I would love to explore the Pipeline with the application with an API.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would not say dislike, but the remote session time should increase from 15 mins to almost 30 mins. Many times I need to reconnect the remote again after 15 mins. This can me improve as an frature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
there are many problems which got resolved with the Esper application. I would love to mention it one by one. 1) Able to set up the Company owned device for all our tablets. 2) Apps management got easy. 3) GeoLocation of the Tab can easily track. If you are looking for an MDM Application got your Organisation, Esper is the Best Place to have your trust. I mostly liked the Kiosk Mode of an application. Overall, I loved all the application features provided, and in the future, I would love to explore the Pipeline with the application with an API. there are many problems which got resolved with the Esper application. As per my experience I can surely say that the overall features of Esper are awful. In future Im looking for the CI/CD pipeline with esper application for controlling the data and the devices in an efficient way. Not only for an office purpose but it can help in parental contol as well. I would like to appreciate all the teams who are working behind and the front to make the application user friendly and efficient. This has helped me and my organization in many ways. Compare the performance of the different services you offer by generating a multilayer, multiservice approach:
Create your own fully customizable dashboards that offer unlimited filtering options.
Generate separate views based on your organizational needs e.g. different brands, departments, services, or countries, etc.
Compare all these separate views under one umbrella.
In the end, I would recommend you to use the application for you and your organization to make the process seamless. Thanks Team for your support.

ESPER has enabled me the IT Support to provide instantaneous troubleshooting to all our devices and upload organizational apps with ease

No ability to directly connect to the filing system of individual devices to send files, suggesting this feature to be added in future updates to assist with remote file management

Intuitive Platform For Student Monitorization
What do you like best about the product?
Esper has a simple integration where it enables us to monitor their students safely via electronic devices. Enabling us to monitor multiple students concurrently.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unavailability of Daily Reports, including screen time, most used application, etc...

Esper is making my life MUCH easier
What do you like best about the product?
The system is very easy to setup on the back end and even easier to enroll devices. I've had very consistent results as I enroll devices. The dashboard view is great for giving me a quick at-a-glace status update and the ability to remotely see the screen of the mobile devices is a tremendous help when supporting over-the-road truck drivers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything I dislike. If I had to pick something negative, there were a few questions I had a tough time finding answers to in the documentation. But I received good answers upon opening a ticket with the support team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using Esper to simplify the management and monitoring of tablets that are placed in trucks that travel all over the United States. Being able to set them up using a single login and see their status in one location is invaluable to me.

I appreciate the ease and time saving of the provisioning templates and that with a few touches on the tablet, it provisions itself.
What do you dislike about the product?
While I have not found any downside to use Esper, I have found one feature that I wish they would improve on, and that's the messaging. While it is a little clunky to use, you are still able to send messages to tablets with it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With the provisioning templates, I am able to define what apps should be installed on a device. When the provisioning is complete, those are the only apps that are installed. Prior to using Esper, we were not using any MDM and each tablet was setup differently (no real consistency).
Having the same setup installed on each tablet has reduced the number of problems that we've experienced and increased their ease of use.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking at Esper for MDM, some things to keep in mind:
*Understand what applications your device users will need and what you (as the company) will require.
*Be prepared for change management.
*Understand that different devices may behave differently during the Esper setup.
*Have a good understanding of the different provisioning methods. Each is a little different in how the provisions are accomplished and different devices may require a different provisioning method.

Works flawlessly
What do you like best about the product?
It was very easy to get started. A guided step by step process led me through creating a device template and within an hour I was provisioning my first device.
What do you dislike about the product?
I seemed to struggle to set up a Managed Google Play (Enterprise) Account. That's not Esper's issue, but an idiot's guide kept up to date as Google change their signup processes would have been a help for someone like me starting completely from scratch.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're setting up unattended giving / payment kiosks in a church using Android tablet devices and EMV contactless payment card readers. Installing, securing and maintaining the Android tablets seemed like it was going to be the long pole in the tent but Esper takes care of that and lets us manage the deployed devices from a web portal, too.

Sophisticated and Intuitive MDM Service
What do you like best about the product?
Esper made it easy to set up our devices right away. The documentation was precise and straightforward. The contact for the company went above and beyond helping us get started and made sure to answer any questions we may have had. The dashboard isn't cluttered, and the UI makes things easy to find because of how items are grouped. From finding the software to having it work in less than a day was beyond my expectation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cannot rename endpoints (they let you know about this ahead of time).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were looking for a simple way to lock down devices that were going to be utilized under specific conditions. Esper made it easy to create different provisions per department and use case. Having access to location data for the devices gave us piece of mind for any equipment leaving the facility. Being able to add and remove applications remotely from the dashboard has also been very useful to us.

We have a way to keep track of our device inventory now and make sure devices are supposed to be. I like being able to keep track of installed apps and being able to prevent unwanted apps from being installed.
