Best way to control your company mobile devices

What do you like best about the product?
Quick support,
Easy to use MDM cloud
Support free version until 100 devices
Enroll android devices from android 4 version.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no I can say bad about Esper cloud or a team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are looking for MDM software that we could easily control our remote mobile devices, easy to deploy software, wipe data, lock down, check gps coordinates, software inventory and other tasks that have Esper cloud.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It you ware looking MDM cloud based android managment try Esper cloud first. I try before several MDM cloud but no one of them was so good.

What do you like best about the product?
Support is exceptionally well . On raising issues / Requirements or tickets it is generally resolved within 24 Hours.
New features and Updates are frequent and any requests made to the Team are always put on to the Roadmap for Customer Support and user Experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I can think off. Best MDM Experience till date.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have locked Devices for our Customers , who are currently subscribed to us and the benefits are Tracking of Device , remote Assistance etc.

What do you like best about the product?
Provisioning is quick and easy. Staff listens to suggestions and issues that do arrise
What do you dislike about the product?
Flow on management portal could be better. works when you get used to it, but thats about all i have fault with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Provisioning tablets for clients with our app - easy setup and minimal time spent. Helps us lock down the device quickly and still manage the device remotely. Can even setup a device remotely.

What do you like best about the product?
Of all the MDM DevOps solutions tested, Esper was the most feature-rich and was able to fit the needs of our growing startup the best. Flexible pricing with kind salespeople and support staff.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you look at their release notes, you'll know that Esper is improving every week. They don't have a solution to every single one of our deployment problems yet, but they are very open to feature requests according to our real-time business needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We recently switched from iOS to Android deployment and were looking for a replacement for Jamf -- everything from the ability to update devices remotely to collect logs. Their tools and APIs are extremely robust, it is particularly great to have remote control access to bug test under remote circumstances.

Love / Dislike... but I mainly love Esper

What do you like best about the product?
Customer Support - The amount of enthusiasm from the Esper support team has been amazing. They have built custom software to fit our ever growing needs. When ever there has been an issue, Esper has escalated the process quickly to solve our problems on a strict deadline. I also appreciate the Esper UI which is much more intuitive than the other solutions used in the past. We use the QR code provisioning method most often. This saves loads of time because we are able to set a pre-defined WIFI SSID and password.
What do you dislike about the product?
Provisioning certain devices can be a nightmare. Our company currently deploys three different models of Samsung devices that use three different OS versions and have different ABIs (Application Binary Interface). Due to our different hardware profiles we are constantly "fishing" for APKs. This process is very time consuming. I feel as though app installation should be as easy as going to the google play store and downloading an app. If the Google Play Store can handle all of the different android devices on the market today then Esper should be able to as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Esper to provision devices and support our customers. Esper provides us with the information we need to troubleshoot any problems thrown at us. The support team is a huge benefit in itself. When we have problems Esper is there to help. Obtaining help through KNOX was always painful.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you have specific needs as a company, Esper is the way to go. They show enthusiasm towards integrating Esper with your individual needs. Esper makes device management much easier than competitors for sure.

What do you like best about the product?
Esper's MDM solutions for enterprises show the true power of managing mobile devices. While working with them, I was amazed by their professional approach and the spirit they convey. Their expertise in Android and DevOps goes way beyond what I was expecting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really. Right now I have no feedback on what could be done better,
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing a fleet of mobile devices can be troublesome and complicated, but with their app & device management, kiosk mode and custom alerts it was super easy.

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to manage Android devices remotely.
We can also remote view what's on the screens.
Remote ADB debug the devices when there's issues.
Push changes, updates to devices seamlessly.
Esper is very powerful in this aspect.

Support team is very responsive and helpful to our questions, needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much at the moment.
Maybe more capability to input, interact with the devices remotely would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Need to manage many Android devices remotely. Push custom app version updates.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to use Esper with a generous number of devices without any kind of paid subscription is a huge plus for our basic use case.

During the testing phase Esper has received constant updates and improvements. The active development is positive and will hopefully continue.

The interface is intuitive and everything is displayed clearly.
What do you dislike about the product?
As is perhaps to be expected with a relatively new system, there have been a few issues during the initial setup and deployment phases.

1. Shortly before deployment, the link to Managed Google Play stopped working, requiring all devices to be provisioned again.
2. After the above issue, some apps that were approved through Managed Google Play still show up even after having their approval revoked.
3. Remote control is not working with the Samsung tablets we have. It is possible to view the screen remotely, but not control the device. This was working during part of our testing phase.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a way to remotely manage a small number of dedicated devices set up as customer-facing kiosks in a retail environment.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Free to use for a number of devices, so perfect for being able to evaluate whether Esper meets your requirements.

What do you like best about the product?
The setup was a walk in the park, you just start the tablet, use the android for work and everything gets installed automatically. Never had any issues.
The dashboard gives me all the tools I need to quickly monitor and fix problems.
The monitoring system gives the ability to alert us when there are any issues with the tablets.
The apps get installed automatically.
What do you dislike about the product?
At some point there was a issue with Samsung Knox. It was blocking all our devices and we had to wipe them all.
Up to date tablets probably don't see this issue.
Firefox support would be nice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A quick and easy way to reboot a tablet remotely.
Also the remote control works very well.
It basically removed our need to physically check what is going on with a tablet.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Esper also has a good working api system. It has enabled us to make scripts and automate certain quality of life issues.
For example we use a simple script with api commands to automatically "dimm" all screens during the night and weekend.
The support is usually quick to answer.
