Reliable, Easy-to-Use Password Vault With Seamless Sync and Breach Alerts
What do you like best about the product?
It provides a complete set of tools to safeguard passwords, tokens, secrets, and other information about the services and tools I use. I can also securely store software license keys that we buy. The UI is excellent because it’s easy to use and works everywhere—across every browser, and on desktop and mobile alike. It performs reliably and synchronizes seamlessly. The price is fair, and its latest features help keep my account secure by warning me about potential breaches.
What do you dislike about the product?
On long lived browser sessions spanning over multiple days, the plugin can become a bit slower to pop-up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps our organization keep secrets safe and share them as needed by letting us use per-account vaults where each vault is access constrained as per our security policies.

Clean, Fast, and Rock-Solid—Though a Bit Overbuilt and Pricey for Simple Needs
What do you like best about the product?
1Password just works, clean, fast, and doesn’t get in your way. The autofill is scary good, and sharing passwords securely with a team is way smoother than it should be. It’s one of those tools you forget about until you use anything else and realize how solid it is.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can feel a bit overbuilt at times, especially if you just want something simple. The pricing isn’t the cheapest, and if you’re not deep into its features, it can feel like you’re paying for more than you actually use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the mess of remembering passwords and the risk of reusing them everywhere. I get strong, unique logins for every account without thinking about it, plus secure sharing when needed. Net result is less friction day to day and way better security without extra effort.
Secure, Hassle-Free Company-Managed Login Across Tools
What do you like best about the product?
it let me securely log in to any tool and it's managed by my company so I don't have to worry about it
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it takes too many clicks to get to the password and the security codes, but we’re only talking about 2 or 3 clicks, which is still feasible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don’t have to store my password anywhere, online or offline, and it makes the way I work more secure.
Solid password manager, does what it promises
What do you like best about the product?
Honestly the browser extension is a lifesaver. It fills in passwords automatically and I barely have to think about it. Also having everything synced across devices is super convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price is a bit steep honestly, especially for personal use. Sometimes the autofill doesn't trigger on certain sites and you have to do it manually, which is a bit annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not having to reuse passwords or remember them. Before I was using the same few passwords everywhere which is obviously not great. Now each account has a unique one and I don't stress about it.
Makes Managing Logins Fast, Smooth, and Simple
What do you like best about the product?
1Password helps me manage all the different logins that I don't want to go through Okta single sign on with my work computer. It makes things much faster, smoother, and less irritating to remember!
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly not much that I dislike or would change. Things are easy to use, integrates well into my macbook, and is simple to manage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not all of my applications go through single sign on, and when I can use them in 1Password it gives me the ability to still have my things protected, without the hassle of individual log ins.
Makes Passwords Easy to Remember and Security Stronger
What do you like best about the product?
Makes rembering passwords incredibly easy and improves my password security. Easy to use and maintain. Good value for money compared to having accounts hacked more easily with weaker passwords.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would be nice to have further tips on how to improve my security but otherwise I love it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previously I would use the same password to log into many different accounts, often just chaning a digit. Or I would create a randon one, then forget it so get logged out. 1Password therefore has solved the security, stopped me forgetting passwords and just made it easier to manage. It always just works, never crashes so performs really well. I was super easy to setup and start using. I can then use it no matter where I am and what I am doing- from my phone, ipad, browser, laptop. It just works with whatever I am using seemlessly.

It could have been priced more competitively, especially for enterprise customers.

It serves as a central repository for our passwords, keeping everything stored in one place.
All My Passwords in One Place—A Total Sanity Saver
What do you like best about the product?
It stores all my passwords, and I can use it on both my laptop and phone, so I have everything in one place. This product has saved my sanity because I used to forget passwords and end up changing them almost every week.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have nothing to complain about. It does everything I need.

Seamless SSO Sign-In and Easy Vault Organization with 1Password
What do you like best about the product?
The best part of using 1Password is being able to sign in seamlessly with SSO. I also like that I can create separate vaults for personal and corporate login information, which makes it easier to keep everything organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does work well with Chrome and Android devices, however it doesn't work well with other browsers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I do not need to remember my passwords anymore.
