Easy and Secure Credential Management, but Family Plan Needs Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
it made managing my credentials so easy and secure. It help me organise my passwords of multiple platforms at a one place .
What do you dislike about the product?
maybe the family plan can be renewed or made more intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't have to remember and rest my passwords again and again. Wether it my personal or professional credentials, it make it easy for me to access them.

custom fields for passwords (i own iphone and the password app is not close to 1pass capabilities).

hard to manually change password, not sure how to fix but the process is annoying

I secured a safe place to store my passwords.
I got one for free from my company, and I personally bought another for myself.
All my data is organized, searchable, and there’s nothing I can’t do with it.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me generate and store unique passwords, auto fills logins and syncs across devices, giving me peace of mind and saving time.
Good UX but terrible business support
What do you like best about the product?
The 1Password app is really user friendly and out employees like it. It's easy to onboard new users due to the SCIM sync. Their online documentation is good for users.
What do you dislike about the product?
The business customer support basicially doesn't exist. After we signed the contract we had 3-4 different "account managers", with no handover in between changes. Also we've never been notified of these changes so it's just our mail being forwarded to new people and explaining ourselves again. Actually never got a reply to my last mail to my "account manager" asking for help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1Password is solving the issue with people forgetting their passwords or not making them complex enough.

Focus on cost, occasional UI quirks, or specific features you wish were better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1Password is primarily solving the problems of weak security and digital inconvenience by centralizing and securing your credentials and sensitive data.

What do you like best about the product?
It just works. I don't have to remember dozens of passwords anymore, and the auto-fill is super smooth. Creates strong passwords automatically and syncs perfectly across my phone and laptop. The family sharing feature is also really handy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The monthly cost adds up, and sometimes there's a brief delay when syncing between devices. The interface has a lot of options that I don't really use, so it can feel a bit cluttered at first.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used to reuse weak passwords and constantly forgot them. Now I have unique, strong passwords for everything and never get locked out. Saves me time and I'm way more secure online.

It solves the problem of managing too many passwords. With secure storage and autofill, I save a lot of time and keep accounts both personal and business much more secure.
