Room for improvement in terms of platform smoothness
What do you like best about the product?
ONESOURCE Indirect Tax Determination provided a solution that spans across the globe but fails to enable consistent calculation and recording of indirect taxes. It complicates tax data analysis.
What do you dislike about the product?
It needs to facilitate the identification of trends. My experience, with the software, has been not too good so far as I have encountered many features that I dislike. The implementation cost for our small scale setup is relatively high it proves to be a useless investment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There have been instances where updates were delayed and detailed information was lacking. The integration process with existing ERP systems is not always simple resulting in inconveniences.
