Effortless Salary Management with Intuitive Design
What do you like best about the product?
I like how well-organized the Playroll platform is. It is well designed and can easily navigate your way through. The dashboard keeps track of holidays, which is helpful because I don't keep track of holidays often, so I can easily look at it. The initial setup was very easy, and I don't see any need for improvement as the features are well organized.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Playroll solves the breakdown of payments on my salary and gives leave credit. I like the organized platform and the dashboard that tracks holidays because I usually forget them.

What do you like best about the product?
Clear information regarding my pay slip during pay out and fast response when I have some inquiries and disputes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I can think of, I am satisfied with their services.

I appreciate the professionalism, responsiveness, and support from the Playroll team, especially the clear communication that makes the process smooth and pleasant. I use Playroll to manage contracts, payroll, and compliance, which simplifies our workflow significantly. What do you like best about the product?
I really think Playroll is a good platform overall. I like the design of the UI on the website because it's very easy to navigate and I can clearly see and access documents, salary, transactions, banking details, and my schedule, like when I need to file a leave or schedule a working day. The overall UI is great. I also want to commend the service from the employees at Playroll, especially the employee success manager and those who timely respond to my emails despite different working hours. The service is timely, relevant, and good, making it easy to communicate with them and making me appreciate Playroll as a platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe what could be improved is the UI of the website. Especially the tutorial since it took me a while to remove the tab for the tutorial since I don't know why it doesn't want to get removed even if I have accomplished everything it requested.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Playroll helps with salary transactions, coordinating schedules, and handling HMO insurance. It solves issues with payment communication, aiding with banking details and salary processing. The support team, especially Cameron Phillips and Justin Wentzel, efficiently address my concerns, ensuring timely solutions.

The platform is easy to use and understand. My POC was always available to help me with my questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
It seems to be not synced with the HR information from my company regarding local holidays and leave days. Hopefully, this will change soon.

Streamlines Global Contracts with Ease
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Playroll allows me to have a French contract while working for an employer abroad, easing the process for both parties. I appreciate the easy-to-use UI and found the initial setup very easy. The Playroll team, especially the employee success manager, has been helpful and responsive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't used it enough yet, I just got onboarded, so it's a bit early to say but so far there's a bug from the onboarding tour where the Leave Balances and Applications step is just not getting checked off despite multiple reviews/actions on that step.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Playroll lets me manage a French contract while working for an international employer unaware of French laws. It simplifies the process for my employer too, making it smoother.

I haven't run in a issue with Playroll team nor with the user protal at this moment, so nothing bad to write here ;)
