What do you like best about the product?
FileCloud has provided our office with enhanced functionality and flexibiity to securely share data on an as needed basis or through specific use case scenarios with ease. Implemenation was easy and took us a very short time to go from startup to system usage, and we found it very easy to intergrate into our exising office policies and procedures

Staff have found it easy to use and navigate either through the web portal or through the Sync Desktop Application. Customer Support has been great in the rare accasion that we have encouterd a problem.

FileCloud is a platform that we immediatly found useful on a daily basis and we continue to scale our solutions based around its abilities
What do you dislike about the product?
We havent found much to dislke in our user experiences
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Securely secure files and set expiration dates for tempoary access to information to individuals or 3rd parties. Providng a centralized repository for the exchange of data with outside agencies that we do not have a private or secure link to. Flexibility to grant user or group permissins to specific file(s) or folder(s)
