Quick, Knowledgeable Support and a Clean, Easy-to-Use Dashboard
What do you like best about the product?
The response from support on any questions I have is quick and knowledgeable, the interface of the dashboard is clean and clear.
It is really easy to add assets to the scanning schedule as well, and the searchability of present as well as past vulnerabilities is really extensive.

What do you dislike about the product?
The vulnerability scans do not resolve the vulnerabilities for me...
There's nothing that irks me about Edgescan, really.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Edgescan is finding vulnerabilities that we do not have the time to look for.
Effective Vulnerability Scanning, Needs UI Improvements
What do you like best about the product?
I like the validated, near false positive free vulnerability scanning of Edgescan. It was easy to set up and scale.
What do you dislike about the product?
UI is not user friendly
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Edgescan solves the problem of continuously finding, validating, and prioritizing real vulnerabilities across the environment.
Edgescan: Comprehensive Security with Stellar Support
What do you like best about the product?
I find Edgescan terrific to work with because they are always evolving their products. They actively engage with users to gain feedback for continual improvement, and it's clear they value and act on it. I really like their end-user reporting dashboards, which are easy to use and provide real-time information. Plus, they include mechanisms for easy management and tracking of vulnerability remediation. Also, when we switched from Qualsy, I found Edgescan's remediation proposals better and easier to understand. The onboarding process was great too; Edgescan supported us throughout, answering questions quickly and ensuring a smooth transition. Oh, and integrating with our AWS platforms has been seamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
None
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Edgescan identifies potential system exploits and helps maintain a strong security posture. It offers user-friendly dashboards with real-time data and easy management of vulnerability remediation.
Clear Dashboard, Feature-Rich Scanning, and Easy Integration
What do you like best about the product?
Clear dashboard and the continuous testing of our environment. The scanning is feature rich and it was integrated easily. The whole solution is easy to use and the results are clearly presented.
What do you dislike about the product?
Did not find a downside currently, but looking out for one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Edgescan helps us keep our environment up to date and free of vulnerabilities. It also makes it easy to run penetration testing across our estate, and we can quickly tailor the approach to each specific use case.
CTO Health Tech
What do you like best about the product?
I like EdgeScan because it provides clear, prioritised vulnerability reporting with real-world exploit context rather than just raw CVSS scores, which makes remediation more practical. It also offers continuous scanning and strong asset discovery across cloud and web applications, helping maintain visibility of our attack surface
What do you dislike about the product?
One downside of EdgeScan is that the interface, while clean, can sometimes feel less intuitive for new users, particularly when navigating detailed vulnerability data or historical trends.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
EdgeScan is solving the problem of continuous visibility into our external attack surface and helping us identify security vulnerabilities before they can be exploited. Instead of relying on periodic manual checks, it provides automated, ongoing scanning of our web applications and cloud-exposed assets, highlighting real risks based on exploitability rather than just raw severity scores. This benefits us by allowing a small team to maintain a strong security posture with minimal overhead, prioritise remediation effort effectively, and produce clear vulnerability and compliance reports that support our ISO 27001 and customer security assurance requirements.
Powerful automated scanning and reports, but host configuration changes are too limited
What do you like best about the product?
The automated scanning, report generation, recommendations for resolving findings.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ability to change the host configuration (adding/removing) hosts only once annually upon contract renewal is very limiting. Our environment is constantly evolving and not being able to remove old hosts and add new hosts regularly is too limiting. Being to update this more frequently (at least quarterly but ideally at any time) and via self-service, as opposed to via Customer Support is a feature that would likely mean we'd continue being a customer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automated vulnerability scanning of hosts.
Effortlessly Finds Vulnerabilities, Streamlines Security
What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that Edgescan reports back to us once it's found the results, and it's clear and concise. The portal is very easy to understand, which usually results in us completing what we need to harden the environments.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a couple of false positives.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Edgescan removes the need for multiple engineers to check every server for vulnerabilities. It handles this task efficiently across multiple Azure environments, providing clear and concise reports.
Clear Vulnerability Prioritization and Progress Tracking for ISO 27001 Compliance
What do you like best about the product?
It provides us with a very complete, easy-to-understand overview of our vulnerability management work, including clear prioritization of what we need to address. It also shows how the detected vulnerabilities evolve over time, which makes it easier to track progress. Overall, the results are ideal for checking compliance and supporting ISO 27001 audits. What I also really appreciate is that the scan results are reviewed by security professionals and not purely generated by automation. This adds valuable context and reduces noise, making the findings more actionable. The customer support is excellent. The team is proactive, approachable, and always willing to assist, whether it concerns the platform itself or broader security-related questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I haven’t encountered any clear drawbacks. The platform fits my requirements well and performs as expected, meeting my needs without any noticeable issues at this stage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Edgescan helps us uncover vulnerabilities across our environment and gives us a structured, consistent way to track, manage, and remediate them. As a result, we can prioritize risks more clearly and take concrete, focused actions that strengthen our overall security posture.
Well-Managed Pentest-as-a-Service with Easy Scheduling, API Automation & Clear Vuln Insights
What do you like best about the product?
Edgescan is a very good pentest-as-a-service solution. The DAST assessment is well managed, and it’s also easy to schedule a manual pentest. Edgescan provides an API for automation, and it offers good information on vulnerabilities. If needed, users can easily change the severity of any issues. Edgescan support is very responsive
What do you dislike about the product?
We have to plan well in advance to schedule the pentest. In some cases, even four weeks out feels like planning far ahead. Integration with Jira or other ticketing tools will be very useful feature
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides automated penetration testing for applications.
User-friendly experience overall
What do you like best about the product?
Edgescan has a user friendly interface and simple to use.
