Great for enterprise management, but a beast to maintain

What do you like best about the product?
It was able to automate much of what we needed for subscription management, revenue cycle, revenue recognition, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was a constant challenge to have our internal teams work to make sure everything was setup correctly with Zuora. It was also pretty pricey, and the teams we worked with were scattered/unable to help often.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Revenue recognition, future amendments for change of subscription periods. Creating and managing products/pricing integrity.
