Great Tool, Even Better Implementation and Support Teams!

What do you like best about the product?
Openprise solves a considerable chunk of our data problem, from duplicates to list loading. I like that we can have one robust tool to solve those problems and more.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do think that the website/app portal can be a bit overwhelming. There are many features within Openprise that are not available to us based on the package we chose, which is totally fine, but I feel like they are still there and are just cluttering the space. Between the website and the app portal, it can get overwhelming, especially for new clients like us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a few data issues that we wanted to address with Openprise. The biggest issue was the list loading process that took us days to validate and load to Salesforce. We lose time and urgency when reaching out to valuable leads. With Openprise, we're able to automate most of the validation and even harness our own data to enhance and deduplicate. Now it takes us a few hours, or a day at most, to do the process. We're still finetuning the process based on our needs which is another thing that's good about Openprise! They listen and work with you on the problems you want to solve and are there for you along the way.
