Good addition to our daily workflow; helps understand bottlenecks
What do you like best about the product?
The metrics used are very straightforward and they have dashboards to show the data and trends which helps in understanding if there are any blockers faced by our team. The ability to drilldown into granular level and also switch to an org level is very helpful. The team has been very supportive in our queries.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I get logged out after certain period
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We get to see the engineering metrics and it is helpful to get that visibility
Helping me improve my performance
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to filter on single users and understand the performance is very helpful in Hivel. I use it to track my activity and speed, and I believe it is also being used at the manager level as well. It's a very seamless platform and the getting the data from various integrations is definitely a huge plus point.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I think there are too many filter available which makes it a bit tedious to arrive at the relevant data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hivel is giving us visibility into speed and quality of work done by engineers.
Fantastic tool for aggregating metrics and letting you see the big picture
What do you like best about the product?
The platform provides useful insights and metrics. Easy to understand and take action. I also like what they have on their roadmap, good vision. This is definitely helping me get a good picture into the engineering efficiency and productivity.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes real time updates are missing. Hoping they address the sync issue now and then. Otherwise no complaints.

It aggregates data across all tools and shows the efficiency of teams and gaps where teams can improve.

What do you like best about the product?
Tracking where our teams are focused and how they are spending engineering time provides valuable insights into team level and individual performance metrics.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as of now. Excited to find out more amazing features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps leadership get a good picture of where the engineering efforts are being spent. Their Jira inetegration and metrics are especially very helpful and easy to consume. It is great to see the relationship between Jira estimations and Git efforts.

Good looking UI, easily understandable metrics and insights. Very straightforward platform with advanced filtering options.

Nothing as such, only minor suggestions.

Doesn't support bitbucket server.UX can be improved.

Provides insights about particular repositories and individual contributions. Increased individual contributors efficiency post reports analysis and discussion.

What do you like best about the product?
Hivel's focus on centralizing the activities of the technical staff is what I enjoy most about it. Identifying bottlenecks and areas in need of improvement becomes easier with a single platform that shows code commits, pull requests, and obstacles. It improves the speed of the team by enabling you to make data-driven decisions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Even though Hivel provides a fantastic centralized view, if your team uses a lot of external tools, it cannot fully capture the engineering workflow. With so much data in one location, there's also a chance of information overload. The learning curve may also seem a little severe to new teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hivel works through the unorganized mess of engineering data. Hivel offers us the ability to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies by centralizing everything in one location. Better data-driven decisions that optimize workflow and inspire my technical team to reach new heights result from this.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy-to-use dashboard, Weekly & monthly productivity insights, and metrics visualization are easy through a single screen making my team’s overall experience hassle-free and effective.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike about it, it perfectly adds value to my team. A slight change in UX will be helpful.

Provides helpful analysis which ultimately helps in performance metrics, and productivity and aligns teams for exceptional accomplishment.

Easy and insightful engineering metrics
What do you like best about the product?
I was able to get insights into code quality and my productivity using Hivel. Metrics such as MTTR, Change Failure Rate help in identifying the me and my teams coding quality.
What do you dislike about the product?
Data refresh period could be better in some cases, but other looks good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hivel provides insights into engineering productivity and efficiency and I am able to realize my coding quality through this.
