Advanced visibility and insightful tool
What do you like best about the product?
Easy-to-use dashboard, Weekly & monthly productivity insights, and metrics visualization are easy through a single screen making my team’s overall experience hassle-free and effective.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike about it, it perfectly adds value to my team. A slight change in UX will be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Provides helpful analysis which ultimately helps in performance metrics, and productivity and aligns teams for exceptional accomplishment.

They provide really great integration to engineering tools and it helps the product teams to track their productivity and efficiency.

The User experience can be more intuitive

Helps me gain insights into developer productivity and make my team more efficient
Easy and insightful engineering metrics
What do you like best about the product?
I was able to get insights into code quality and my productivity using Hivel. Metrics such as MTTR, Change Failure Rate help in identifying the me and my teams coding quality.
What do you dislike about the product?
Data refresh period could be better in some cases, but other looks good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hivel provides insights into engineering productivity and efficiency and I am able to realize my coding quality through this.
Good visibility into process bottlenecks
What do you like best about the product?
The product was implemented very quickly into our org and the insights and features we get from are really useful. We use it regularly to give insights to our engineering teams. Plus their customer support is very quick and helpful. I really like the team.

The number of integrations could be better, but overall no complaints.

They are enabling us to give engineering productivity visibility to leadership. The insights are really helpful!

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use and UI is very intuitive. Their metrics are very relevant and it is helpful for me to track my productivity. I was able to integrate my various tools quickly.

There's not much, they can improve on UX

What do you like best about the product?
The metrics are really insightful easy to consume. We have been using Hivel almost every week and their customer support is very responsive in any issues we face. Found the features really helpful for insights into our engineering teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as such as of now. I can get all the metrics that my team requires.

They are providing insights into engineering efficiency and productivity and this helps to keep our engineering teams on track and develop better.

I am finding it very useful and efficient in my day to day responsibilities. It has been so insightful so far and it's UI is easy to use.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were relying on Excel sheets and ad-hoc 1:1s to get a pulse check on our engineering organization. There was no single source of trust to understand if
- our engineering priorities were aligned with the business objectives,
- are we working at the correct pace,
- where are our current bottlenecks,
- is someone in the team burning out or needs help?
This resulted in reduced productivity, missed deadlines, and affected our bottom line.

Great tool for measuring engineering productivity
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is intuitive and UI/UX is seamless. I can visualize metrics quickly on a single screen without much back and forth. The Cockpit screen has been particularly helpful in seeing the bigger picture of the entire org's performance on a single screen and comparing the performance of teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
More integrations with Meetings' tools would help. We are told that is coming up on the product roadmap.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In remote teams it becomes important to see how each team member is performing and contributing to a feature release and Hivel helps with that. It also saves us time during scrum calls.
