Clear cost visibility with actionable insights
What do you like best about the product?
Vantage makes it incredibly easy to see exactly how much each service costs with clear, granular breakdowns. No more drowning in spreadsheets, we can instantly identify which services are driving our spend. The real value is in spotting outlier moments: cost spikes, misconfigured resources running 24/7, and forgotten test environments racking up charges. It's helped us catch several budget-busting issues before they became major problems, giving us much better control over our cloud costs. With alerts for spikes and also weekly short checkups you are solving your cost problem. It's really easy to integrate with AWS and Open AI.
What do you dislike about the product?
The D-1 updates on some services can be frustrating. When cost data is delayed by a day or more for certain services, it makes real-time monitoring and quick decision-making harder. We'd also appreciate more proactive alerting and suggested remediation steps when outliers are detected. It could be

Vantage solves the problem of cloud cost opacity by giving us clear, real-time visibility into what each service actually costs. Before, we'd discover surprise charges at month-end with no clear understanding of where our money went. Now we can immediately spot cost anomalies—like misconfigured instances running 24/7 or forgotten test environments—and tackle them before they become expensive problems. This has directly reduced our cloud spend, eliminated billing surprises, and transformed cost management from a stressful monthly ritual into a proactive, manageable process that saves us both time and money.

What stands out most for us is the ease of use and straightforward implementation. Vantage provides a modern, intuitive dashboard that makes monitoring and analyzing cloud spend simple, even for non-technical stakeholders. The flexibility of features allows us to segment costs across teams and projects with clarity, while the ease of integration with our existing cloud infrastructure ensured minimal disruption. Their customer support has also been prompt and proactive, giving us more confidence during the onboarding process

While Vantage is strong in delivering visibility, we believe there is room for more advanced predictive analytics and cost forecasting capabilities out-of-the-box. Some of the more complex reporting features initially required additional fine-tuning and guidance to fully leverage

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate how intuitive and clean the platform is. From the very first login, it felt easy to navigate without needing a steep learning curve. The implementation was surprisingly smooth, and integrating it with our existing cloud stack took very little time. Their customer support team is also excellent – whenever I’ve had a question, they’ve been quick, friendly, and genuinely helpful. I use Vantage frequently, and I really like how it balances a rich set of features with an interface that never feels overwhelming.
What do you dislike about the product?
There’s honestly not much to dislike. Some of the more advanced reporting features take a little time to fully understand, but once you’re familiar with the layout it’s straightforward. I’d also love to see more integrations added over time, but the current ones cover most of our needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vantage helps us keep cloud spending under control in a very transparent way. Before using it, tracking costs across different services and accounts was messy and time-consuming. Now we have one central dashboard that’s easy to understand, and it gives us insights that directly help reduce unnecessary spend. It saves us both time and money, while making cost reporting much easier for our team.

What do you like best about the product?
Vantage makes it incredibly easy to get a holistic view of cloud spend across multiple provider and services. The automated reports is intuitive, and their ability to break down costs by team, project, or resource helps us align engineering and finance without endless spreadsheets. I especially like how quickly it surfaces optimisation opportunities—things like over-provisioned resources or inefficiencies - that directly reduce costs. The integration process was smooth, and the dashboards are straightforward enough that both technical and non-technical stakeholders can make use of them and we have one of the stakeholder using it weekly
What do you dislike about the product?
The core features work really well, but I’d like to see deeper integrations with some niche SaaS vendors beyond AWS, GCP, and Azure. Occasionally, the granularity of certain cost reports lags behind what cloud-native consoles show, which means for edge cases we still need to drill into the providers directly. That said, the Vantage team has been responsive when requested features are brought up, so the platform feels like it’s improving quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Advantage has solved our biggest challenge: getting a single panel to view costs across AWS, GCP in a way that both technical and finance teams can understand without constant back-and-forth. This has improved transparency and trust between engineering and finance, while letting us identify optimization opportunities much faster. Because the integration process was seamless, we didn’t lose weeks on setup, and the ease of use means the platform gets adopted across teams rather than sitting idle. The result is better forecasting, fewer surprise bills, and more efficient cloud usage, directly saving both time and money for our agency.

Vantage makes it much easier to see where our cloud costs are going. I use it to track AWS and OpenAI spend, and the dashboards give me a clear breakdown that I can share with my team. The virtual tags help a lot for splitting costs between marketing campaigns.

What I like best about Vantage is how clean and straightforward it feels. As a designer, I really appreciate how it turns all that website performance data into something easy to understand at a glance.

Honestly, there’s not that much that I dislike, but if I had to pick something, it’s that Vantage can feel a little overwhelming at first. There’s a lot of data and features, and it takes a bit of time to figure out where to look and how to set up alerts the way you want. Once you get the hang of it, though, it’s super handy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vantage solves the headache of keeping an eye on my sites and services all the time. It shows me uptime, performance, and trends in one place, so I can spot problems before they get serious. For me, that means less stress, quicker fixes, and knowing everything is running smoothly without having to constantly check multiple tools.
AWS expenses finally transparent and under control
What do you like best about the product?
Vantage makes it very easy to get orientated in the available EC2 instances, which then makes it easy to choose the right one when creating a new machine. Vantage then creates periodical reports on the costs of AWS. The costs are broken down into granular, understandable pieces which again makes it easy to see where the money is going and where there is potential to save.
What do you dislike about the product?
The service is easy to understand and information is very well laid out, both in terms of the level of detail, and in terms of general readability. I have nothing to complain about.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were finding it difficult to get orientated in our AWS costs. After all, it is not just the EC2 instance running somewhere -- it is the network traffic, the reserved IP addresses, the backups, directory services... there's a lot to it. We were looking for something that would help us get a clear vision of our AWS costs. Additionally, Vantage also helps us get orientated in the vast amount of available types of EC2 instances.
