What do you like best about the product?
1) Opsera team able to provide solution for our complex applictaion life cycle management tracking requirements which has diversified portfolios such as SAAS offerings, On-Premise (Software & Embedded) offerings to customers .

2) Opsera's Customizable UI dashboard views and enhanced filters based on organization heirarchy helped us to digitalize the DevSecOps end to end monitoring
What do you dislike about the product?
Area of Improvement: Scattered dashboard such as Sprint Velocity, DevEx, Application Security and DORA has to merged into single unified view to reflect the overall health of software development, delivery, and operational performance
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1) Opsera Dashboards helped us avoid manual efforts in collecting metrics from various DevSecOps tools. The Opsera dashboard is able to provide a comprehensive, real-time overview of the software development lifecycle metrics. Hence, it enables stakeholders to monitor the status of development metrics, security alerts, build and deployment metrics, and operational metrics in a centralized live dashboard.

2) DORA metrics in the industry are primarily meant to trace Cloud offering - SDLC metrics. The Opsera team successfully implemented DORA metrics with a unique and customized formula, which helped us track SDLC metrics for on-premise software and embedded offerings.

3) As we have recently adopted GitHub Copilot for over 3,000 engineers, there was a significant challenge in tracking the productivity of teams across various programming languages. However, Opsera helped us by developing a holistic dashboard to track developer coding productivity for each programming and scripting languages
