User-Friendly Data Visualization with a Responsive Team
What do you like best about the product?
It allows me to visualize data from different sources in a very useful, user-friendly way, and for the metrics it covers, it’s very easy to use. The team is also very responsive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I’d like the product to be more flexible with the fields and values I can use within the integrated data sources, so I don’t have to depend on support from the team. I’d also like a faster turnaround for adding new metrics and for supporting additional use cases as they come up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives our team clear visualizations of our KPIs and helps us spot outliers we likely wouldn’t have noticed before.
TargetBoard Unifies Key Metrics with Powerful AI Insights
What do you like best about the product?
TargetBoard hones in on the most critical metrics for my team without the mess of stitching multiple platforms data, such as Github and Jira. They have an easy to use KPI card capability that is very extendable for any engineering organization.
They are pioneering AI insights for metrics that aren't just surface level but get into the details that you care about, such as how my teams are operating differently and what outcomes is that leading to?
Guy has been incredible to work with from an onboarding perspective, taking any and all feedback to ensure we are setup to scale the usage of the tool across the entire engineering and product teams.

What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great to have the ability to add systems manually rather than going through their services team. They do provide generous amount of hours as part of the contract at a great value to ensure that you can always continue to add new sources as needed, so we haven't had it be a blocker.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
TargetBoard solves the ambiguity of engineering and product productivity. They give insight to myself and my team about what things are going well in our process, how are we tracking on our backlog, which engineers are carrying the weight of the team? Do we have bottlenecks in QE or is it just a matter of large PR's that take a long time to review? Lastly, the most important problem that TargetBoard is solving is the question everyone is asking, is the ROI on AI usage truly benefitting the organization and by how much? They track bugs that are generated to see if the team generating more code is introducing more bugs.
TargetBoard has also helped from a CapEx and OpEx perspective by providing visibility into where time is being spent by my team. Is it on maintenance/KTLO or on Growth & Innovation? This has saved me tens of hours of analysis every quarter to report to our finance team!

TargetBoard Makes KPI Tracking Quick and Easy
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about TargetBoard is that it centralizes the KPIs that matter most, making it quick and easy to track my group’s progress and stay focused on results.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike is that understanding KPI values isn’t always easy. While you can see a list of issues, it’s not clear how much each issue contributes to the overall KPI.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
TargetBoard addresses the need for effective progress monitoring and issue identification. It benefits me by providing visibility into my group’s performance and helping me quickly pinpoint factors that may be slowing progress.

Some of the more complex graphs and reports need to be handled by the Targetboard team on the backend.

Before using TargetBoard, our sales and marketing data was scattered across different systems, making it difficult to see the complete customer journey. We lacked a unified, real-time view of our go-to-market performance — from lead generation to closed deals.
TargetBoard solved this by bringing all of our data together into one fast, intuitive dashboard. Now we can see the full funnel in one place, understand what’s working at each stage, and make data-driven decisions about where to focus next. This has improved visibility, alignment, and overall execution across our sales and marketing teams.

What do you like best about the product?
It has significantly improved how we manage and track team performance. It provides a clear, real-time view of where we stand with our goals. The ready-to-use dashboards/metrics save time and make implementation seamless—it’s truly plug-and-play. The interface is intuitive, the insights are precise, and the support team is consistently fast and professional.

Currently, we don’t have any dislikes. The system has met all our expectations, and the Targetboard team is always responsive, providing clear answers and solutions to anything we bring up.

I would love to see Targetboard evolve to support enterprises of different sizes and dimensions. And also bring some market/segment benchmarks for enterprises to compare.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
TargetBoard brought in the multi-layered real-time insight for our product engineering organization. Targetboard's ability to design leading and lagging indicators at different levels (agile teams, product areas, product delivery etc) is helping our teams to improve speed to delivery, capacity planning and overall productivity.
Great experience in PoC
What do you like best about the product?
We are just having a PoC with Tragetboard and the first experience is great.
The tools looks like a good solution to our needs but moreover I am impressed from their high responsiveness. They don't just respond very quickly to to each and every of our small and big questions... but they are also proactive in bringing new ideas and new directions. It is clear that our success is important to them!

TargetBoard has been a pleasure to work with in every way. The team is highly responsive to any questions and constantly adds new features to increase the value that they are already offering.
Setup and integration with our existing tools was quick and easy, and immediately allowed us to gain insights and metrics that could not be easily visualized previously. TargetBoard has also allowed us to centralize data from multiple tools we work with and review everything holistically in one location.
Additional tools such as insights, and especially the ability to set targets on specific KPIs and recieve active notifications when metrics fall outside of these parameters have also been very helpful.

Combining data from multiple sources to properly identify where are efforts are and how best to streamline work and processes.

Great visibility cross organization, easy to onboard, easy to create my own visibility suited.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currntly just add more Catalogs and shorten this dialoge box .

Visibility cross tools , effort building reports for each unit, duplications of eeffort....
