Great suite to measure your R&D KPIs

What do you like best about the product?
As VP of R&D, it's common to think, 'I need clear KPIs and a simple dashboard to track my team's performance,' but finding the time and resources to make it happen is another story. With TargetBoard, you get intuitive, ready-to-use dashboards that make performance tracking effortless. It's fast, reliable, and if anything is missing, their team is quick to set it up for you in just minutes.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the remarkable things about TargetBoard is that there isn't really anything I dislike about it. Every feature seems to be designed with the user in mind, providing a seamless and efficient experience. From its intuitive interface to its robust functionality, TargetBoard meets all my needs without any noticeable drawbacks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about the product?
KPIs for R&D is a pain. As an R&D leader, you always say, "I must define KPIs and build a simple dashboard to understand my team's performance," but you always lack the time and resources. With TargetBoard, you get dashboards out-of-the-box. Easy, fase, reliable. And if anything is accidentally missing, the team will set it up for you in just a few minutes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not that much ,perhaps they need to cover more domains.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

The fact all the metrics are ready and this product is a plug and play, providing great insights

Not much, more metrcis would be helpful even more

TargetBoard enabled me an easy way of understanding the current status of our teams, enabling to focus on the most pressing issues.
