* The UI to design integrations is not convenient. I code directly

* Mediating messages and publishing it to a queue for processing

how versatile it is for mediations and transformations, especially for SOAP APIs

What do you dislike about the product?

It becomes a bit complex to reach certain solutions, especially when using JavaScript, as it has some vulnerabilities.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Being able to perform integrations more easily and help make system performance more optimal

What do you like best about the product?

The best is the configuralebility, you can adapt it to nearly everything that you want.

What do you dislike about the product?

The new pricing model, cores and numbet of transactions. Come on, the number of transactions... you need a platform like WSO2 to do as much commincation as possible, now you pay the price for that.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Quick and fast communication, thats where we need it for.

It offers built-in connectors for the majority of external systems and software.

Governance of registry resources is bit complex

graphical tooling, particularly the IDE, to be lacking for complex integration flows

WSO2 Integrator is flexibale and support for multiple integration patterns.The built in support for REST , SOAP message queues and data transformation make it incridibly versatile.

Drag and drop feature not sync with code at sometimes.
Need to go through the code and fix them.

As an open-source platform, it offers strong flexibility and customization options, supported by a wide range of connectors. Its lightweight architecture, cloud-native readiness, and seamless integration with WSO2 API Manager further enhance its appeal for modern enterprise needs. The graphical Integration Studio also simplifies development and accelerates deployment.

What do you dislike about the product?

WSO2 Enterprise Integrator has a steep learning curve, particularly due to its XML-based configurations. While it offers extensive features, some users find the documentation lacking clarity for practical implementation. Additionally, community support is limited compared to commercial support, which may be necessary for critical enterprise deployments.

What I dislike about WSO2 Micro Integrator is that debugging and error tracing can be challenging, especially with complex integrations and limited logs.

It helps me by making integration faster and easier through configuration-based tools, reducing the need for complex code and enabling efficient API management, service orchestration, and message transformation—all in one lightweight platform.

WSO2 Integrator offers an extremely flexible platform for connecting disparate systems, making integration processes seamless and efficient. The graphical interface and rich set of connectors significantly reduce development time

The initial learning curve can be steep for newcomers, especially those without prior experience in integration tools. Sometimes, configuring advanced features requires in-depth technical knowledge.
