What do you dislike about the product?
I believe there are some improvements to be made, but nothing that critically impacts daily work. Just a few enhancements related to segmentation methods and result reports.

Features like App Push, Recommendation, and Personalisation were useful in creating engaging campaigns and driving repeat visits. Because of the app's intuitive design, We were also able to stay one step ahead of what our customers were anticipating.
