Insider One is an easy to use self-service product

What do you like best about the product?
The product is easy to use. We are able to use it as self-service. But Insider One's Partner Success team always help or support if we encounter any problems using the platform. They also give extra guidance with some advanced/complex campaigns. Products: Web Suite, Push, Email, Architect
What do you dislike about the product?
Since our goal was to have Insider One as a self-service product, it took some time for us to learn everything to use it easily because the product has lots of capabilities. That was understandable and once we got the hang of it, it has been great!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. Data fragmentation - Insider’s CDP helped us consolidate data from different sources
2. Utilizing data from multiple sources for personalization experiences
3. Cross-channel journey synchronization
4. Email Open rate in Q1 24 is +60% higher than 2023 average - which is amazing!
