Asana is designed to foster team collaboration. We were able to share tasks and projects with other team members, make comments and work together in real time. We were able to sync and integrate Asana with a wide range of popular tools and apps, such as Slack, Dropbox, Google Drive and Zapier, making it easy to sync information and automate workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
The amount of features and functionality in Asana can be overwhelming. It can take a while to learn how to use all the features and customize the tool for your specific needs. The free version has some limitations in terms of the number of users allowed, the number of integrations available, and file storage space.

It has provided us with tools for resource management and project budget allocation. Asana provides us with a comprehensive platform for project management, which has allowed us teams to collaborate effectively, schedule tasks, track project progress, assign responsibilities, and track resources and budget all in one place. Thanks to Asana, we have created projects as a set of related tasks and subtasks. All our users can create and assign individual tasks within projects, set deadlines, assign responsibilities and comment on task progress, as well as add notes and attach relevant files to tasks.
