What do you like best about the product?
An awesome intranet tool for company-wide announcements.
What do you dislike about the product?
Could have been an excellent replacement for workday if there is more R&D pit in effort. Example simpplr dont have time management/leave management in built.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have dedicated pages for our department, and Simpplr addresses this need by acting as a modern intranet and employee experience platform that centralizes communication. It serves as a single source of truth for company news and policies, and it has improved engagement through social interactions.

What do you like best about the product?
Simpler stands out for its user-friendly design and consistently smooth experience. It takes complex tasks and makes them easier to manage, which helps boost productivity, and it’s straightforward to navigate even for first-time users. Overall, the platform feels reliable and makes it easier to keep workflows organized and on track.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven’t run into any major issues while using Simplr. If I had to point out one thing, it’s that a few features took me a little time to get used to at first, but overall the experience has been smooth and straightforward.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Simplr makes my everyday work more organized and efficient by streamlining tasks that would otherwise take much longer to manage. It’s helped me stay on top of things, save time, and put more of my attention on the actual work instead of getting stuck in repetitive processes.

Simpplr Centralizes Communications in a Clean, Searchable Hub
Reviewed on Jul 31, 2026
Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
What I appreciate most about Simpplr is how it consolidates our company communications and resources into one clean, searchable hub. The intranet setup makes it easy for employees to find what they need without digging through email threads or shared drives. It has cut down the time our team spends answering 'where do I find X' questions, and the interface feels modern enough that adoption across the company was smooth.
What do you dislike about the product?
My biggest frustration is the search experience. The relevance of the results, and the way they’re presented, hasn’t consistently met my expectations, which creates extra friction when I’m trying to quickly track down a specific document or policy. On top of that, the sheer number of permission levels, while helpful for maintaining control, can make it unclear what each role actually allows. That lack of clarity has led to some confusion during setup and onboarding.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Simpplr, information was scattered across email, Slack, and shared drives, so important announcements and resources were easy to miss and hard to find later. Different teams were also operating somewhat in silos, duplicating work because there wasn't a shared, searchable source of truth.
With Simpplr, we now have a single hub where content lives, is organized, and is easy to search. The AI-enabled search has also improved visibility across teams, since people can see what other departments are working on instead of finding out secondhand.

Powerful Features: Rewards, AI Summaries, and Built-In Writing Enhancement
Reviewed on Jul 30, 2026

What do you like best about the product?
Love the features it has - specially the Rewards one - helps in developing gratitude between the team members. The AI summary helps to go through the docs quickly. Also, while publishing the doc, I do not have to go to another portal like ChatGPT to enhance the text of my article, it gives that feature in-built.
What do you dislike about the product?
The search functionality could have been better I felt - although, they have improved it a lot, but still, it does not exactly answer to what I am looking for. For eg, I ask for the link to Payslips portal, but it generates a summary about the payslip portal, does not straight away gives the link.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can find all company information in one place. I don’t have to keep reaching out to people for internal information or documents. The org chart, surveys, and recognition features also help our team a lot.

Its thoughtfully designed platform delivers powerful features in a clean, easy-to-navigate interface, enabling employees to quickly find information, collaborate seamlessly, and stay engaged from their very first day.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform continues to evolve at an impressive pace, and expanding its AI-driven capabilities alongside more advanced customization options would further enhance its value. These improvements would empower organizations to create more intelligent, personalized, and efficient digital workplace experiences while building on an already exceptional foundation.
