What do you like best about the product?
Easy to get going with sufficient features to make it interesting to employees.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not having someone dedicated to be the "in house developer" is still an issue, it can't fix everything.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Improve employee engagement and a go to place for all employee communications. A repository for things that MIGHT be needed.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is easy to use and easy to update.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really do not have any dislikes other than I have to log in everytime we use it instead of it just popping up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We now have one central place where we can store relevant information for employees.

What do you like best about the product?
Our organization was drowning in the classic problem of having "information everywhere and nowhere"–critical knowledge scattered across various systems, shared drives, email threads, and Slack channels, yet impossible to find when you actually needed it. Simpplr has helped us build a solution that works.
What impressed me most was how Simpplr created a centralized hub that doesn't just store information, but makes it genuinely discoverable and nice to look at. The AI-powered search functionality cuts through the noise to surface exactly what you're looking for, while the intuitive organization structure means our team members can find what they're looking for.
The platform eliminated those frustrating moments where you know the information exists somewhere but spend 20 minutes hunting through folders and asking colleagues. Now our employees can quickly access from one place. If you're struggling with information silos and knowledge management chaos, Simpplr delivers on its promise to make things, well, simpler.

While we've encountered slight glitches, the support team has always helped us quickly. So, honestly, no dislikes to note here.

What do you like best about the product?
Integrations with Google Drive have been seamless. Still early in implementation, but training support has been great.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I had one more subcategory for knowledge content from a page. Collapsible tile option on my dashboard would be a game changer.

Central knowledge hub and communication tool
Simpplr is hands-down the best internal communications tool I've ever used.
What do you like best about the product?
As an internal communications professional, Simpplr makes life so much easier because you can manage all your comms across mediums in one place, as well as events and email newsletters. It's integrated really well with our existing infrastructure too, and is easy to use and navigate. The team are also amazing, responsive and so good at what they do.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it would be nice to be able to customise designs a little more to make things feel fresh.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Simpplr is solving issues with digital fatigue, giving our employees one platform from which they can do lots of their work. From an internal comms perspective, it solves a similar issue, giving us the chance to manage internal comms across channels and mediums on one platform. It also enables us to provide accurate, engaging information to staff to help them do their jobs better too.
Simple and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
It's simple and direct, you don't waste time on trying to understand how to figure out how to use the platform. Analytics are on point. You can immediately start creating and focusing on the content and the value it brings to your employees. Customer support is fast, and it integrates with our internal systems smoothly.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not very customizable. The design is quite simple and doesn't allow for many creative features to be explored, leaving with a more basic visual design.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating a central platform for all things company-related, the source of truth where employees can access internal updates, announcements and more.
Integrations and API makes it highly expandable and easy to use

Newsletters with dynamic elements to automatically fill content

Mobile app has no administrative or content publishing feature

I believe Simpplr is very easy to navigate and use overall. It is easy to find information.

It can be a bit more modernized with better homepage designs.

- Simplicity of the set up and capability to brand it to you company.

- Limited capabilities when creating content, which makes it a bit wonky. (Example: Spacing when writing a page)
- Pictures for pages have to be the exact recommended size, otherwise it shrinks the picture.

This platform allows our global hybrid teams to stay connected and our culture to thrive. Before COVID, we were an in-office company, so the transition to hybrid/remote was tough, but this platform is allowing us to keep our culture intact.
