Innovative and intuitive

What do you like best about the product?
So far, we've been delighted with Simpplr and the expertise their team members have been able to provide- From CSM to support!
What do you dislike about the product?
The implementation process had its ups and downs, but we were able to launch on time, as planned!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our prior intranet was running on SharePoint 2013 - Simpplr provided a breath of fresh air! With Simpplr, we got a new look and feel and improved ways for our teams across the USA to connect.

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to post and update your team on what is going on. You can set up polls and other fun activities, it really is very easy to use
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I have no experienced anything I would consider a dislike
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping a team that is remote and across North America engaged on what is going on, being able to share personal pictures, ideas, themes, really whatever it is you want to share with colleagues.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy using simpplr because it allows me to see what my colleagues are like even though we live so far away from each other. It also allows me to see a different side of them other than work.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only downside of Simpplr is that not enough colleagues use it. I would like for more people to be engaged in the content posted. However it does not take away anything from the site
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to become more engaged with one another because we all live across North America. I find colleagues that I share interests with very quickly, and I can interact with them regularly.

What do you like best about the product?
We used simpplr for our internal employee engagement site and it not only helps engagement, but it also brings the team together in so many ways, but all organized and visible to everyone so noone misses anything!
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no dislikes to mention. It has worked for me every time and I have not had any issues with it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves communication, engagement, organization, and efficiency for the employer and employees like myself. It benefits me personally for keeping up with everything, but also being able to bring things to light efficiently and have everyone see it right away.

What do you like best about the product?
The upside of using simpplr is that all your notifications can be found under one spot. They highlight what the notification is and for what post. The reason I enjoy using Simpplr is because it helps me stay connected to my team and allow me to share articles and information to a larger group at one time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really love the notifications I receive when someone else has liked the same post as me. I feels like information I dont necessary need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping me stay connected with all of the team on one platform. We also use it to share articles and write blog post of what current trends in the market we are seeing.

What do you like best about the product?
Great for remote cultures, helpful when wanted to achieve a family culture

Not at the moment, great experience thus far!

It is making sure everyone is aware of the latest news within the organization and increases collaboration, hence increases productivity.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use. I think overall, Simpplr provides extended training and simplicity that allows for easy adoption.
What do you dislike about the product?
Recent updates have created a fair amount of bugs and glitches that sometimes make deliverables impossible and frusterating. I would like to see updates fine-tuned.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SImpplr centralizes communications and makes it easier to send important information and messages to all employees. Simpplr also allows employees to be creative in their message sharing, which increases engagement.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of making edits, ability to connect with colleagues and integrations.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like there are some limitations in the navigation that could be streamlined and requesting upgrades or ideas may not come to fruition.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Simpplr provides an excellent platform for employee communications.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the Quick Links feature and the search bar where I can type in things like "2023 benefits overview" to find things for my candidates quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The format is an overwhelming amount of info to look at. It has a blog feel, which is cool, but it's not always easy to find the info I'm looking for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A one stop shop for all things Navan.

What do you like best about the product?
Simpplr support is always very helpful. They make sure to see the issue through with the end user. I like that the platform is very visually pleasing. I cant wait to see the new features that come out in April/May. I can see Simpplr is still growing and I am excited for our company to grow with Simpplr too!
What do you dislike about the product?
There are just certain features I wish Simpplr had that they might eventually integrate. Such as the ability to tag individual files. The ability to move drag and drop wherever necessary. Sometimes the wait times to hear back from Simpplr support is a bit long but they do always make sure to get back to me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Simpplr has given us a new platform to host all of our company documentation. We were using an old platform that was outdated. Now we have a fully integrated platform in which can not only host all of our files but can give employees visuals such as pages, albums, and events to look forward to when they log into our Intranet.
