Good foundations with lots of potential
What do you like best about the product?
Simpplr is built on Salesforce, and leverages various Salesforce features that allow it to develop, scale better than on a completely homegrown foundation.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Salesforce provides a great foundation, there are also limitations that come from this dependency. We have a list of important feature requests, waiting for those to enhance our employee experience even more on our intranet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing a central, social, attractive looking intranet is key for us and to a large extent Simpplr is helping us to have that.
Super usable + engaging for everyone!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the clean design of the platform along with how easy it is to onboard any stakeholder regardless of their background/experience level. Piece of content have a lot of leeway for what you can add/feature + are easy to update and keep current.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there are some opportunities for customizability when it comes to the Simpplr platform - such as dashboard layouts, what you can add to carousels, and I would say that some of the premium features feel a bit expensive for things that should be available to all users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Simpplr is helping us work towards a communication gap solution that is prevalent throughout our entire company. There is a large disconnect between our leadership team + their goals and our "everyday" employees.
The simplest way is the best way.
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Simpplr is how easy it is to use. The more time you save your employees and content creators, the more likely they are to engage with the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
It could improve in analytics around Employee Resource Groups.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Simpplr's search is powerful and has multiple integrations with key tools. This makes it easy for employees to find what they're searching for regardless of where it lives.
Great add ons and employee engagement tools
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to create and use sites by subject, department, etc. Multiple content creators, feedback potential
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be hard to follow exactly what has been updated
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Newsletter engagement, employee Q&A, two way communication
Simple is the name for a reason
What do you like best about the product?
communication management, engagement opportunities and the new listening feature
What do you dislike about the product?
no downsides that I can see ! We are new users - if anything maybe just deciding where to start
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
connection, easy access to the content employees want and need to do their jobs
Internal Communications Lead
What do you like best about the product?
Customer service is top notch. Very easy to get a hold of help. The platform functionality is unmatched. Love the push/pull features like newsletter and the recent implementation of AI tools. Analytics dashboard is also very in-depth and useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think content governance could be improved. Would love to see custom intervals set (2 weeks, 1 month, 3 months, etc.) versus standard 6 months. I also would love to have some more automated governance around managing site managers/owners.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I see constant change and evolution in LOTS of different ways. The platform is constantly upgrading, adding new features, and looking for input from users. Their ability to send out regular digests and custom newsletters from within the platform is incredible useful and helped drive our adoption rate.
Six months in with Simpplr

Thebanner stories and ability to highlight fee articles is nice.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user guides/tutorials are very lacking. Trying to find answers in the "support articles" on the website is cumbersome. More curated, PDF-format user guides for printing would be ideal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Employee engagement and two-way communication. We are a global company working across many countries and time zones and teams. Allowing people to create pages for specific departments and offices is helpful. We used to use Google Sites and pages to send mass communications. The Simpplr newsletter feature is much improved and very easy to use for broad, engaging communication.
We started implementation three weeks ago!
What do you like best about the product?
The hands-on assistance from real people who are kind and knowledgeable and patient. Very very appreciated.
What do you dislike about the product?
We're on a fast clip and dependent on our employees to manage their content. It's a bit stressful...and has nothing to do with Simpplr!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Breaking down silos, giving us a site with a single source of truth, connecting employees worldwide. We look forward to increased engagement and productivity...but won't know this until Simpplr is implemented in early 2023.
Simpplr: Unifying the workforce of tomorrow
What do you like best about the product?
Simppler brings a centralized experience that enables and encourages a workforece community of engagement. For information sharing, Simppler provides a starting point to reach across the breadth of the organization's many knowledge repositories, reducing time to locate critical information and adding to the overall hours saved for employee productivity. For engagement, Simpplr provides a robust toolbox of capabilities to empower employees to create and share common experiences.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not so much a dislike but an ask for the future: Provide an intuitive, natural chatbot capability that integrates across the upcoming onslaught of chatbots that have been or will be deployed across solution providers. Create a single agent that eliminates the need to go "offsite".
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Aggregation of multiple information sources. Intangibly provides metrics on content popularity as well as insights into a catalog of enterprise data.
Simpplr is actually simple!
What do you like best about the product?
Simpplr is user-friendly for Site Managers, Content Managers, and Content Creators. As an admin, Simpplr makes it easy for me to train employees on how to use the tool regardless of their role.
What do you dislike about the product?
While it's great that Simpplr has so many ways for end-users to interact with the tool, sometimes it can be too overwhelming for our users, who tend to prefer more straightforward feedback options (i.e., flag outdated content, comment, or like). Anything beyond that tends to put them off, and we would prefer to be able to turn off some features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Simpplr helps us with the problem of having content and key information spread out throughout different platforms. It has aided us in creating a central repository that anyone can link back to, which increases our ability to have one single source of truth.
