What do you like best about the product?
Simmplr allows us to curate conversations, share celebrations and elevate excellent employee experiences.
What do you dislike about the product?
Whatever concern we have identified has been met with direct channels to share with leadership. They are a listening company, and the future dev roadmap is inspiring.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Simpplr connects our 25 locations and 550+ employees in a way that's as meaningful as 'watercooler' inspired connections. Our employee satisfaction since deployment (6 months ago) has shot straight up. They love it!

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use and our end users have really enjoyed having one clear platform for documents, office updates, events, help articles etc. It's really helped improve executive communication
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downsides is that it doesn't always integrate seamlessly with some of the systems we want to use/embed within Simpplr
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Streamlining employee communication and providing one easy-to-use platform for creators. I work in IT so it has really helped me and my department to have a place where employees can go to see updates, help articles, and other useful content

Simpplr has provided the solution to creating an enhanced digital employee experience. By leveraging Simpplr's intranet, companies are able to create invaluable connection and communication among team members. Their solution is easy to use and continually enhanced to optimize the employee experience. Best of all, Simpplr is passionate about people, and continuously seeks to improve their solution to meet the dynamic and evolving needs of their clients from around the world. I sincerely appreciate their partnership!
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to have a dedicated communications team to help support the platform! There are more features than what we are currently able to take advantage of.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Enabling our business to communicate consistently with employees throughout a large service region with a high degree of professionalism, integrity, and engagement.
Great intranet, Easy to use and manage
What do you like best about the product?
Very fast to launch product. Easy set up and design. Clean and elegant UX/UI. Nice content creator tool for pages also and great additional features like newsletters, must read and analytics
What do you dislike about the product?
Content management is a little behind, not many options for bulk actions. Some analytics requires going into salesforce backend which is not so simple.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Simpplr as our company portal solution for content management and communications.

Ease of use and well organized. Love the drag and drop for creating sites - makes it easy to train colleagues.

Company has some issues with the search function/bar.

What do you like best about the product?
Mobile-friendly, easy to use, supports decentralized communications, customizable profiles, organizational charts, ease of finding resources (smart search), it makes boring information fun, opportunity for social interaction among employees, helpful events feature, integration with YouTube/Vimeo for sharing company videos
What do you dislike about the product?
The premium add-ons can be a frustration. The annual cost is substantial in and of itself and it feels like it should include some of the premium features that have been rolled out recently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Simpplr has helped us promote cross-functional knowledge across our various business units. It's also improved executive leadership transparency. The entire platform has helped ease our reliance on Outlook emails. The mobile-friendly nature allows us to reach employees with greater ease and the platform grants greater access to company documents than our previous solution. The alerts and must-read functionality have also allowed us to communicate more effectively during times of crisis.
Great platform AND support
What do you like best about the product?
Simpplr platform allows us to organize and house our important policies, training materials, announcements, and more in a professional way. We were able to create a one-stop shop of company information for our employees. I also think Simpplr's project management team created an environment for us to feel free to ask questions, guide us patiently through the building process, and still stay with us after launch as we continue to evolve our intranet. They truly want the project to be successful.
What do you dislike about the product?
For employees who are used to the Facebook-style interface for the social aspect, it's a bit of a change for them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Simpplr is helping us become much less dependent on our physical server for housing documents and information. It's keeping important news front and center in a very organized way, and keeping employees engaged with happenings across the company. Our previous platform was messy, too focused on social interaction and posts/feed, and not at all helpful in messaging from the top down. We are getting much more engagement across the spectrum of employees with Simpplr.

What do you like best about the product?
So far, it is the way Simpplr makes it easy for employees to engage
What do you dislike about the product?
The limitations to how you can set up the homepage/any of the other sites. It's also the same thing that makes it so convenient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Employee engagement! We can actually see how employees are engaging now - whereas before we couldn't
Easy-to-use platform, supportive and resourceful vendor
What do you like best about the product?
The platform itself lives up to its name - it is very simple to use. Our employees have responded with positive feedback and extremely high adoption and engagement rates.
What do you dislike about the product?
A couple of features we thought were included up front turned out to be paid extras. Also, the licensing process was a bit confusing and has caused additional work on our end.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Replacing our legacy intranet, which has a terrible search function and outdated content. It also has a mobile app, which we never had.
