Great and easy to use solution!
What do you like best about the product?
Simpplr is a very easy-to-use, out-of-the-box solution. The onboarding/implementation team and process is a very well-prepared and good process.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish more training options were available for the end-users; this was the only area where we had to re-create the wheel.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to push comms and content out to the org. We are really enjoying the abilities for auto governance, as well as the org directory capabilities.

The copy/paste function could be better, but we are making it work.

User Friendly, Super Sleek & All the Features You Need
What do you like best about the product?
Simpplr is exceptionally visually appealing. It makes it very easy to for users to see and find what they are looking for. The customization of the homepage and the variety of styles you can use for the sites make creating sites and spaces for employees easy. I can't say enough good things about its user-friendly interface. The implentation process was very smooth with a dedicated and organized implmentation specialist available to us for Q&A as well as leading us through weekly milestones and checklists.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is hard to say what I dislike. The implementation was incredibly smooth, and the product has worked perfectly every day since. If there were anything, it might be that there are not more app integrations; however, with single sign-on with most applications, it is becoming less and less of a hassle to switch between applications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our main problems were the visual appeal of our old interface as well as the organization of information in sites. Simpplr allows you to update content and highlight multiple pieces of important information at the same time. It has enabled us to paint a very customized picture of life at our organization and highlight the things people need to be paying attention to.

I like how user-friendly the website is. Clear and concise. Very modern and inviting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's hard to find exactly what I'm looking for as there is a lot of content on the page.

Communicating with other colleagues, latest company updates. Products and features.

There is some use ful content, and it seems an ok way to share knowledge.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a bit busy; the home page UI has a lot going on. I barely get any time, so even when glancing at that stuff, it puts me off going further.
It would be good to have a home screen that I can subscribe to topics, then when people post they can label those topics.

Really easy to find information.

Re-auth to log in can sometimes mean I lose the article I was reading, but not a big issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Company staff information is easy to find. Something that would usually be in a long staff handbook is laid out in a easy to view way, and can also be updated, which is harder to do with a PDF handbook!

Super easy to use, especially as an admin who posts pages and posts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes can be a little hard to find specific information in the search bar, as it can sometimes suggest something completely unrelated (the name of a person for instance) when you're looking for an article.

It's nice having all the information you need in one place.
Amazing User Experience
What do you like best about the product?
User experience is incredible! It's a gorgeous platform and so easy to use, post articles and events. It's been such a hit within our company and has made internal comms so much easier and more streamlined for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! I would love a more centralised, interactive event calendar to be a function (I know event function is already), but something that was more interactive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a centralised place for information which is easy for employees to use. I also love the functionlality with Slack.

I would highly recommend it!!

Love that there's options to add tags to make content more searchable for anyone new users straight away.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's hard to find things unless you know you need to look for it already - would be great to have "suggested content" based on previous views or profile/article tags
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it to keep different teams aligned and share cross-company comms. Benefits are having it all in one place for employees to self-serve. Much easier than a google drive for example
