Amazing User Experience
What do you like best about the product?
User experience is incredible! It's a gorgeous platform and so easy to use, post articles and events. It's been such a hit within our company and has made internal comms so much easier and more streamlined for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! I would love a more centralised, interactive event calendar to be a function (I know event function is already), but something that was more interactive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a centralised place for information which is easy for employees to use. I also love the functionlality with Slack.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would highly recommend it!!
Great to have a hub of content that's immediately searchable for new joiners
What do you like best about the product?
Love that there's options to add tags to make content more searchable for anyone new users straight away.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's hard to find things unless you know you need to look for it already - would be great to have "suggested content" based on previous views or profile/article tags
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it to keep different teams aligned and share cross-company comms. Benefits are having it all in one place for employees to self-serve. Much easier than a google drive for example
Cannot rate Simpplr enough! 5 stars all around
What do you like best about the product?
I love that you can have multiple contributors to a site and publish articles. This makes it super easy as a business to share updates and keep great communication among teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not yet found anything I dislike currently about this product! Makes work life so much easier
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think the main problem we are solving as a business is communcation. We now have the ability to share updates, make sure these are shared with the correct teams by using different sites on the platofrm.
Simpplr - Simple, user friendly and great looking
What do you like best about the product?
Could not be a more straightforward platform to use. Interactive and fun to engage with. Seems like a brilliant platform for any company.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that stands out to me- thumbs up all round :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Simpplr covers every update within one place. Allows for a one-stop shop for employees
User-friendly & straight forward!
What do you like best about the product?
Interactive and intuitive. It's easy to search and navigate between articles and resources. Great to be able to see employee profiles, birthdays etc. Really great way of onboarding new joiners to a business. It's easy to comment and feedback to your peers on improvements/questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
The notification section does not automatically complete notifications and you have to mark them as read. Minor issue but it's annoying that you have to 'mark as read' even after you've clicked through on the notification.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Internal communications, onboarding of new employees and a hub of resources for everyone to collaborate.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do it! It's a lot better than previous intranet providers i've used.
The Terminal review
What do you like best about the product?
The sense of community we have with the platform, for example: birthdays and work anniversaries.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the confusing location of daily updates that we must read each day - as it isn't on the homescreen I find it difficult to find the most recent update.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Any office updates or requirements/systems, I go straight through The Terminal to find the mot recent updates.
Great intranet when you invest the time to fit it to your business
What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to find content on, the search function is fast and means you can get to where you are going without any pain and can get past all of the navigation structure.
What do you dislike about the product?
When not using the search function, content can be difficult to find in the nested structure. The customisation capabilities are great but can result in complex navigation models and rely on everyone being very disciplined in the content that they create and where they list it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Simpplr has been create at creating a central place where you can find everything. It's created a culture of writing things down and updating which was harder to adopt with google docs.
Very easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Simplrr is super easy to use. Without any training, I was able to find my way around and get posting content quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to see more formatting options in the content editor e.g being able to set the colour of table borders, and having more control over the sizing of text in tables.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to communicate updates with the wider business quickly and easily and notify relevant people whenever I post.
Sleek design with some useful Employee knowledge features
What do you like best about the product?
It's a nice user interface, and is quite engaging.
What do you dislike about the product?
The search function isn't always so great - it seems to prioritise people over pages when actually pages are more useful to access.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it as a company knowledge centre, twinned with relevant company information. I've been able to find various HR policies through it.
Great platform and so intuitive to use
What do you like best about the product?
Love the simplicity of the platform, really easy to use and clean looking. Love that the page templates are set up for you - so just need to add content and publish.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only dislike would be that pages cannot be replicated with a click of a button.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need to communicate with a significant group of consultants (500+) cohesively. With Simpplr we can have one source of information for our consultants to use. One of the best features is that they have an App that is so beneficial to our consultants who are out in the field.

To have an instant chat to support for any issues on the platform.
