Quick and easy route to communication success!

What do you like best about the product?
Simpplr gave us every feature we needed, and has been adding more great features over time. The onboarding and setup processes were excellent, and support has been there for us every step of the way. Our account manager has been instrumental in ensuring that we achieve success, and we have built a great working relationship.
What do you dislike about the product?
The analytics feature does not currently support the metrics from users of the native mobile app, so I am hoping to see this added in the near future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a solution to improve communication across our office and field teams - one that would feel like social media to keep everyone engaged, regardless of their technical ability. Simpplr gave us that and a whole lot more!

Exceptional experience even for for a newbie

What do you like best about the product?
From the sales process throughout implementation, Simpplr was excellent to work with. As the project lead, and someone who has never implemented an intranet before, the experience was easy and straightforward.

After months of researching various platforms, we decided on Simpplr. The overall look, features, ease of use and security checked all the boxes. Simpplr sales worked with us when an unexpected internal issue arose that could have derailed the entire project. And as for their implementation support... it was fantastic. Again, nobody on our end had launched an intranet before, yet we were still able to do it in approximately eight weeks thanks to effective project management on our side and steady, responsive support and guidance on the part of Simpplr. We had one technical hiccup, but the Simpplr team researched and fixed it within a short period of time and it didn't slow down the implementation.

The platform itself is easy to learn and use. It looks modern and allows for a lot of customization through graphics. There is a good balance between the information and social features. Creating and editing content is a breeze, and there are multiple ways to engage users.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I recommend is regarding the page photos -- allowing for more sizing options or being able to use two different images for the different sized areas would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Culture, access to company information and social interaction between employees is so important. Company growth and COVID made maintaining those more difficult than in the past. Simpplr will help in all of those areas, keeping employees connected and informed.

Amazing tool for creating and maintaining our company's Intranet!

What do you like best about the product?
Simpplr makes it easy to create a clean, informative and professional internal intranet site that builds value for our employees. Creating content and maintaining the site is easy and straightforward. It's been a great "central hub" for communicating policies and sharing resources with our employee population during this uncertain time. Our Customer Success Manager has always been available for any questions or tech support, and has been a great thought partner in building content and promoting adoption of our site. We've gotten extremely positive feedback from our employees on the value the intranet adds to employee experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
No cons- everything is going well so far!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We recently worked through an integration with Simpplr/Workday, which brought up a few tech issues. The Simpplr Support team and out IT team were able to resolve those and we now have a fully functioning integration.

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to get up and running while still being powerful and configurable. The need for user training is minimal and our users like the product!
What do you dislike about the product?
Not really a dislike but we do occasionally need to use the Salesforce back-end for some user management activities, but the Salesforce platform offered the piece of mind from a security standpoint so it all evens out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We now have employees actively engaged in creating content for the Intranet, whereas before it had to be submitted and posted by IT.

What do you like best about the product?
Extremely modern, graphical U/I. Content management processes very intuitive, great mobile experience, too.
What do you dislike about the product?
No native survey tool, no native awards/incentive functionality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Simpplr brought a sense of cohesion and community that was so important in the times of COVID. We are able to easily and quickly share crucial company information.

What do you like best about the product?
The homepage design and the mobile app are tops! Updating and adding content is easy and actually fun.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. Consistent updates and new features keep the app up to date.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We found a way for our teams across the country to stay connected. Rather than top down messaging, Simpplr allows everyone to have a voice. We also have it set so everyone can interact with content and everyone can post content on their "twitter-like" feed. This keeps our teams engaged and innovative.

What do you like best about the product?
Simpplr is sleek and easy to use! Major announcements are right at the forefront making it easy to keep up to date and engaged with my company, especially now that we are all working from home! Gives me a single place to look for all important company announcements
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much, I think we could use it more but there wasn't really major training on how to utilize the tool as best as possible so I just use it to check updates
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Staying in touch with the business, finding support, less time spent searching for company resources/asking other people questions that are found immediately through Simpplr, quickly find coworker info such as email, HQ location, Local Time, Who they report to, etc!

What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive tool that supports all our intranet needs! The implementation team at Simpplr is unparalleled!
What do you dislike about the product?
That we didn't start with Simpplr sooner!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating a central resource, or a one-stop-shop, for all our global employees to find the information that they are looking for and stay up to date on business updates, while getting engaged with cultural events!
Before implementing Simpplr, our teams were operating less efficiently as we didn't have a central repository for information. Now everything lives on the intranet!

What do you like best about the product?
As the platform name suggest, Simpplr is a simple, easy platform to navigate. Staff of all different technology comfort levels adopted the platform very quickly. Developers at Simpplr also provide updates of new features and analytics on a quarterly basis which has been helpful as we've made our platform the tool for all organization and operations communications.
What do you dislike about the product?
Simpplr is a great platform that is constantly evolving, however, because the platform is designed for easy navigation, sometimes the complex things you'd like to have is not readily available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In the world of remote-working, we have been working with Simpplr to engage staff in all our offices and regions. Our intranet has been essential to aligning and communicating with staff.

Intuitive User Interface, Streamlines Content Delivery

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use from an end-user and administration perspective. This platform streamlines both functions so there is not a large time commitment or high-level of skill to deliver meaningful solutions to the organization at large.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not many things, Simpplr continues to grow/expand the platform so items that may be missing are taken in active interest from their customers suggestions to continually improve the platform with new releases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remove barriers to usage. Simpplr removes any barrier that may come as it relates to be a creator or a consumer of content within an intranet. The features are often extremely purposeful in nature, which allows for a greater adoption overall.
