It works and people use it

What do you like best about the product?
I like how simppl (lol) it works. There is not too much of a learning curve for people new to this.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the rendering, it does seem to be limited to specific sizes and it does not auto adjust images to match the space given.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
User/Self posting. This system is permission based and it's fairly simppl at that. So granting permissions are easy and straight forward and it's not like it's all or nothing.

What do you like best about the product?
Simpplr has a clean, easy to use interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some image and video constraints that could use improving.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We didn't have all of our organization's tools, resources, and content centralized before. It's still early to say what benefits we've realized, but our log-in numbers are strong!

What do you like best about the product?
Simpplr is sleek and comes with modern features out of the box. The navigation simple and it actually doesn't come with overwhelming set of features to configure so setting it up is simple. Signing the contract to deployment took us less than 5 months so I think the idea that intranets take 12-18 months to set up is a thing of the past and Simpplr is a good example of that. Finally, we loved the customer service and so we had constant engagement and support even months after launch.
What do you dislike about the product?
Simpplr is a relatively new product on the market so you have to bear with the team as they sort our wrinkles in the system and we had a couple of those but none of which were system critical. It's not a dislike per se but you need Salesforce expertise in your organization to make sure you make the most of the product and find solution to issues without waiting for Simpplr engineers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our organization did not have an intranet at all so this was part of our bigger digital workplace transformation.

Awesome Intranet Platform!

What do you like best about the product?
Simpplr has a super intuitive user experience that our employees love. It was super easy to launch this to our global team and we rolled it out without a hitch. We received very few questions about the platform and how to use it, which is testament to how intuitive it is. Simpplr really listens to you and what your company needs from its platform. They are supportive and responsive throughout the launch process and helps keep the project on track to make sure everything is on time and in order.
What do you dislike about the product?
No real recognition product offering for users which was a bummer. We wanted a way to recognize our employees and help them feel connected. We were able to find an alternative and were told it's in the product roadmap, which is great. Also, the google drive integration could be better, but that's also being worked on too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Simpplr lets us easily cross collaborate across different timezones and geographies. We can now share real time updates with our global team to ensure everyone is connected and engaged. Our leadership team can easily share updates, thought leadership and engage with employees.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Talk about what integrations you need first before signing up with Simpplr and make sure you connect with both your product team and the Simpplr product team to make sure it's feasible. We ran into a few issues during our launch process of specific applications not integrating how you'd want them to.

Easy to use product, easy to work with team

What do you like best about the product?
The clean and easy-to-use interface makes it easy to adopt new users.
What do you dislike about the product?
The search functionality has a little work to do still. It pulls mainly from tagged topics, which most people don't know to add since it's not a requirement when creating new content.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Simpplr is both a communications tool and information repository for us. It's our one-stop-shop for employees to stay updated and answer questions.

Fast, Easy, Intuitive Deployment

What do you like best about the product?
I truly liked how easy it was to not only learn the product but to also be an administrator of it. We had a very short timeline of 6 weeks to design, create and deploy our new Intranet site. The Simpplr team was great to work with. The Simpplr platform makes it easy to deploy new team sites, new content, employees now have the ability to be more socially engaging. Our new Intranet has never been so easy to manage and update. Leveraging the Site Owner and Content Managers has enabled us to distribute the responsibilities to the individual teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside to the tool is the limited functionality of the page creation. It has the basics, but it would be so much better if there were more features and functionality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had a really stagnant old SharePoint site that was difficult to maintain, update and keep relevant. Simpplr solved all those issues.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is definitely a good choice to go with if you don't have the team or bandwidth to maintain huge platforms like SharePoint or Teams.

What do you like best about the product?
The out of box tools provided by Simpplr allow content managers to quickly create visually appealing business documents. Ensuring that content is relevant and easily accessible by your target audience has never been easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Many groups have requested a native calendar feature. My hopes are that this feature is on their product roadmap.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Working to get the right information to the right team. Creating audiences using Workday logic allows us to share information with different groups across the organization.

What do you like best about the product?
It's a great tool, Simpplr.
User friendly.

What do you dislike about the product?
So far I have had no problems with the software, but I wish that later I could clone pages already created to use them as a starting point for new pages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our tech ecosystem perfectly matches Simpplr 's native Sales Force app and Box integration. Simpplr 's skills in information management make the creation and distribution of documents about key processes very simple for end users a trivial task.

we are happy with this tool. Good work, Simpplr 's team. You make it very easy for you to work remotely!

What do you like best about the product?
The Simpplr ease of use and ease of consumption of content, plus the ease of addition of data that can be shared & accessed makes it an outstanding, powerful communication vehicle. The ability to localize, brand, mobile and interaction allows all the employees to feel that the Company way of working is being adhered to.
What do you dislike about the product?
Speed of evolution of in the integrations with new platforms.

Communication made easier - far easier than wading through other file sharing solutions.
