One Stop Effective Employee Engagement

What do you like best about the product?
Simpplr decouples the communication with process hassles and Integrates Organization through Seamless engagement - with people, within departments, within groups, in-fact at any level you can think of. Content segregation, structuring and easy flow is the key. Simpplr implements it effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ability to import content from public publishing platform like medium.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
An organization of small to mid range can get high productivity if Employee are engaged. One of the key aspect is transparent and effective communication to slowly remove "Not sure whats going on" Syndrome. Simpplr Exactly helps us with that by democratizing the communication and thus connecting employees and departments. We certainly see a boost in employee connection.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Simpplr simplifies the otherwise considered complex world of employee engagement and internal communication.

Easy to use and engage with my coworkers

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite feature is the integrated employee directory.
What do you dislike about the product?
Threes too many social campaigns (but I don’t think that’s your fault).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy to find out who people are. Also much easier to find company documents for things like onboarding/offboarding

Thoughtful and mindful design philosophy

What do you like best about the product?
1. The ability to tag yourself with your “Expertise”! They make for great conversation topics and you get to know your team a bit more
2. Delegation and governance are clear and distinct
3. There are no unnecessary features or wasted space-- even the negative white space plays a practical role of making content easier to look at and navigate
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing yet! This blows our old intranet out of the water.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had issues with company vision and work culture before. No one knew who was who (Simpplr’s org chart quickly put that to rest) and no one knew what direction the company was going in, which resulted in some high turnover rates. Now, communication is much better and you can definitely feel the team spirit in the office.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
As a former (reluctant) SharePoint user, I would highly recommend Simpplr. I love that everything is streamlined for optimal use, and nothing is cluttered or messy-looking. As well, Simpplr really stood out with its array of integrations and content suggestions!

What do you like best about the product?
We are allowed to see company updates and offer feedback with a social feed. It’s been a secret way for me to get leadership to consider a few of my ideas.
What do you dislike about the product?
I get a lot of notifications from updates and the social feed. It’s sometimes hard to keep track of.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We understand our strategy better and have used the platform for networking.

Straightforward and easy to use

What do you like best about the product?
Our team loves the fact that you don’t need any real training to know how to navigate within the platform.
Company events and news have never been easier to keep up with.
Simpplr brings a warm feeling to our workplace that we didn’t have before.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can’t think of any aspect that I don’t like. Especially considering what everyone else in the current market has to offer compared to Simpplr.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
What are you waiting for? Get your company a platform that they are actually going to enjoy looking at and want to use. Times have changed and so should your intranet if you want to get the most out of your intranet.

What do you like best about the product?
The personnel directory is searchable with org charts and our major policy documents are on a single site—not spread all over.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would have preferred a branded mobile app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The whole company gets information at the same time. It limits information to critical announcements and employee news. Much better than email.

This employee intranet is incredibly intuitive, search is great, and the user interface is incredibly sleek and easy to use.

That we didn’t modernize our system sooner with Simpplr. GAME CHANGER

What do you like best about the product?
The org chart helps me know who everyone is, who they report to, where they sit, what they do, and how to contact them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. It’s really easy to use and indeed liked the design very much.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This makes it easier to understand who does what and see the company’s most important updates.

Best Intranet I’ve ever used

What do you like best about the product?
The system seems to know my role and interest areas. It does a good job presenting information that is valuable to me and hides irrelevant news.

This is the first intranet I’ve ever seen that looks nice. I’m so used to intranets being text heavy and having 1990s-style html.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. This thing just works--it’s easy to search and it’s really intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The intranet helps me understand what departments across the company are focusing on and helps show how strategic initiatives fit together.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Give it a try & encourage users to test it out.

Everything really is simpler with Simpplr!

What do you like best about the product?
Super easy to create content. Can launch a brand new, good looking intranet in a matter of weeks. Our employees love it so far (about three months post-launch)
What do you dislike about the product?
Content creation and configuration is a bit rigid. Not as many options to customize look/feel as we would have hoped. But, the benefit here is that it keeps all sites within our Simpplr intranet consistent and easy to manage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have tried to keep our employees more "in the know" with exciting news and events happening across our many internal brands. We have also tried to limit the number of email updates being sent, but adding more content on our new intranet. Simpplr has significantly helped us achieve above.
