Amazing
What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to learn, and our professional it looks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't really come across anything yet that I don't like about it. It's been amazing easy to use and so far, so good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tis has been amazing tool! Not only are we going completely paperless is so many areas and reducing e-mail traffic, we are making our resources much more engaging.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I spent a year looking at intranet providers and saw demo of Simpplr at the SHRM Conference in Chicago. Was very impressed. They turned out to be our best choice after demoing several brands. Best choice in regard to their supports, the offerings and cost.
Simpplr is a beautiful, user-friendly digital workspace soluttion
What do you like best about the product?
- User friendly: Simpplr is really easy to use and it is intuitive. Admins and intranet managers can easily use its features with no training (although the training sessions provided by Simpplr help improving the experience). Simpplr is also intuitive for the end-user.
- Clean and simple: The design is modern, beautiful and clean. One of the reasons why we chose Simpplr was precisely its simple - but useful - design. Some intranets have too much going on and they may be confusing, but Simpplr's structure helps us having everything well-organised and 'clean'.
- Single source of truth: Simpplr allows us to have everything in one place and give more visibility to news, procedures and documents that were difficult to find before. Also, we use a lot of different tools (Cloud document storage, among others) and Simpplr allows us to centralise all these tools in one place.
- App: Simpplr's mobile app is as user-friendly and visually attractive as the web interface. Even if most employees use the web interface, having the app is a great value added.
- Support: The Simpplr team has always been really helpful - they have been fast in answering our doubts and helping us with an efficient and smooth implementation.

What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing we dislike so far. We think there is room for improvement - new features that could be added (forms & polls, more functionalities within the sites and pages, improvements in integrations) but they work on improvements every year and we are excited about the product roadmap.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The intranet has allowed us to centralise everything in one place. Before, it was difficult to give visibility to certain documents, news, procedures... as they got lost in our cloud storage system. However, it is now much for our employees to find relevant content.
Employee Engagement Made Easy
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite thing about Simpplr is its intuitive design and organization. The way the site is laid out is very clean and straightforward. The powerful search also makes it easy to find content quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Simpplr can improve in its media. Right now, we can't post videos or gifs to the feeds. Enriching the media will be game changing. While creating a more interactive page, it will also make it much easier for people to consume content. Right now, it's cumbersome to download a video to watch it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since Simpplr, our company has felt so much closer together. Regardless of the distance, we are able to share in our day-to-days and appreciate one another. I think everyone who felt small in the past, now feels like they're part of something bigger.
Intranet management and employee engagement
What do you like best about the product?
Remarkably easy to use for a intranet manager as well as user. We launched and had immediate engagement from our employees due to the ease of use and familiarity of layout relative to other social media sites used externally. The flexibility of the site has allowed us to create engaging content to greater employee audience as well as targeted audiences, providing a more targeted communication. The social feed is key - allowing employee voice to blend with corporate content keeping things less top-down.
What do you dislike about the product?
In our user case, employees have trouble determining what content is blessed corporate content that they need to do their job VS. content that employees put on their own sites. There isn't a way to divide the intranet of resources from the social intranet.
Also have some inconsistancies in UX/UI when writing articles, saving drafts, removing articles. Terminologies aren't as logical as could be to make sense to the basic administrator.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are slowly eliminating email by providing open channels of broad communcation as well as private rooms where employees can conduct group communications. We've realized the benefits of having the employee voice being heard in a forum blessed on a corporate level.
We also solved for requests for promotional content coming from groups that we coudln't fulfill. We provided the tools finally.

It will change the way you communicate, once you get over the fear of opening a social channel to your entire company.
Simpplr is Indeed Simple to Use!
What do you like best about the product?
We use Simpplr for our Intranet at our company and we saw a very high level of adoption by our users because of the simplicity of the tool. With technology, the easier to use the better, and Simpplr has nailed this while also providing the full functionality and sophistication that we need for an Intranet site. Users are able to quickly find events, to praise each other for a job well done, and to just share material that is pertinent to all of us.
What do you dislike about the product?
As an administrator in Salesforce, when I look at my feed on the Intranet I am able to see comments I put in Chatter feeds of various objects I work on in Salesforce. I wish we could segregate the content from the Intranet and the content from Salesforce directly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it for our Intranet but also for internal communications and for scheduling meetings.
Easy set up, great partners
What do you like best about the product?
The set up couldn't be easier! It's a very user friendly interface so that means groups and individuals are empowered to own their content - that said, there are various security settings too. Beyond being a great product built on Salesforce - which is a bonus if you're already on Salesforce; it simplifies user management - the Simpplr team is fantastic. We re-started the implementation multiple times but due to shifting priorities it took us a few tries before we finally got the ball rolling. The team was so patient and we were met with enthusiasm every time!
What do you dislike about the product?
I've see the product grow a tremendous amount over the last two years. They continue adding more features and functionality without cluttering things and making it overly complicated. The one feature I'd love to see is a visual calendar layout to view events and more granular control over which sites can create events vs. all or nothing feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We implemented Simpplr to bring how we work in person to a virtual environment. We wanted a place to find information, ask questions, and stay in the know. We also wanted a one-stop-shop for content as well as an easy landing page that links to other commonly used apps so if you only log-in to one thing, it's Simpplr and you can launch the rest of your day from there. We tremendously benefited from having a people directory - something we had previously kept in a powerpoint! I also love the blog feature - it helps build a personal brand at work.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
When we selected Simpplr it met our criteria for MVP (minimum valuable product), offered a transparent, progressive product roadmap, offered sustainability and compatibility with our existing systems (as it's built on the Salesforce platform), was the most affordable provider, and provided great partnership - just as important as a product! It ticked all the boxes.

Simpplr helped us put in place an intranet for our company.
No codes were needed to create the whole intranet.
Plateforme was so user friendly that no particular training was needed
The collborator have now access to key informations of the company easily.

What do you like best about the product?
It’s very easy to use and find what I’m looking for. The mobile app gives me the entire company directory on my phone. It’s very helpful!

I wish all departments kept their sites up to date.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It’s just nice to know what’s going on with our company. With almost 10,000 employees, various departments, and a lot of different initiatives--this is the place I go to make sense of Workday’s world.
Simpplr was a great improvement from our previous intranet tool that was built in-house.
What do you like best about the product?
I like having the ability for employees to post information to the feed and that posts can include pictures or videos. It is a great way to share information across the company.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our implementation process was not very smooth. We had a number of questions that wouldn't get answered and kept getting pushed off until the very end. There were quite a few technical issues that had to get fixed before we could roll out the intranet to our company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The business benefit of having Simpplr is having one place for employees to go to search for internal documents, receive updates and to communicate across departments.
Simpplr Review
What do you like best about the product?
As a company and System admin, we really like how user friendly the program is. You don't need to be programming wizard to understand how to set up and use Simpplr. They make it easy to understand, they don't over complicate things and they listen to when you need help. The support you get from your customer success manager and their development team is amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
There hasn't been anything we dislike, only thing we wished we could do is because we use SImpplr within Salesforce, we named Simpplr internally as the Drive, we wish it could tab with the same name in Salesforce to keep it consistent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication in the size of our company is important, and we found that we were growing and information was getting to our employees quick enough. With Simpplr we were able to create pages for each department and share the latest and greatest with everyone. Simpplr has become the "google" of our company, easy search fields and has helped trickle down information easily to all our front line staff.
