Simpplr is helping to modernize our company.
What do you like best about the product?
Just launched. Search functions, analytics, and AI are game changers for us. Ease of use and mobile app are also a big plus.
What do you dislike about the product?
Implementation has been tough at times. Could have used a bit more hand holding.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
resources and info is searchable. employees are no longer having to dig through emails to find info.

Lots of integrations. Relatively easy to use. Can be an one-stop shop for needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's very robust, which is great, but it can make things a little over-complicated. Pretty big learning curve for new admins.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Intranet. Location for content to live that is not in email. Reference points for info.
Great platform and helpful in creating an engaging employee experience
What do you like best about the product?
Simpplr enables employees to have an engaging employee user journey and find valuable information that helps them do their jobs efficiently. The platform allows Executive leadership to communicate meaningful and strategic goals to the company, as well as serves as a two-way platform for employees to engage with each other.
What do you dislike about the product?
We would love to see more formatting options similar to Word and Junglemail. Our CEO is very particular about how his executive memo look when they are sent out and we'd love to be able to have options to indent paragraphs, adjust spacing, indent bullets, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Simpplr helps us to make our content visible to all employees and also allows us to promote other departments in an easy way that wasn't easy on other platforms. Simpplr's decentralization of ownership makes it easy for any department or team to get involved and create and share content.
I really enjoy working on the Simpplr platform!

Occasional bugs on the back end or issues working as an admin on the platform.

Great place for the internal communications team to deliver information to employees and for employees to engage. Also a great way for teams outside of the communications team to share and interact with other employees.

Inability to dive down sites or have descending order

We continuously work with the Simpplr team to troubleshoot and make the platform work better for us
A great solution to the corporate communications problem.
What do you like best about the product?
They have been providing excellent support throughout not only the implementation of the project but also the longer term after onboarding. They consistently update the product with new features and make upgrading easy. I also love the analytics on the platform to see what comms work and what needs to be re-evaluated.
What do you dislike about the product?
Simpplr is built on Salesforce, and for some, this may be a good thing, but because I am not a Salesforce engineer, it can be a real challenge to manage (but their support tends to help bridge that).

Simpplr allows us to provide consistent communications to our employees nationwide. The analytics on each page provide us with nearly real-time feedback on what comms are working and what needs to be re-evaluated.

All company updates, news, organizational announcements, org chart and internal knowledge base are in one place which is awesome

Search is tricky, it is hard to find some piece of information when there's too much

Simpplr helps me find right people from different teams and departments, look for technical documentation and stay up to date with the company changes
Quick Resolution During Salesforce Outage
What do you like best about the product?
We experienced our Simpplr site go down due to a Salesforce server outage. Of course, an outage is not ideal, but I appreciate everything the Simpplr support team did to communicate the status of the issue, keep us updated during the resolution, and their continued support as our intranet site got back up during the day.
As soon as the issue was realized, we opened a support ticket, and within 5 minutes we had a response from the Simpplr team. Nick Wort was outstanding! 5 stars! They pinpointed the Salesforce server issue quickly and provided links to the status pages so I could stay updated while they investigated/resolved the issue. In addition to the status pages, Nick kept me updated with a few messages that the resolution was taking longer than expected or a few hours later when everything was back up and running.
I just so happened to have a scheduled business review meeting that day with Anna McDonald, our customer success manager, and she also offered to assist and escalate the issue in any way possible. All support was appreciated!

What do you dislike about the product?
The worst thing about the Salesforce outage is that we couldn't use Simpplr! We've made Simpplr the employee hub, so it was definitely noticed by employees when the site went down.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Serves as the Employee Hub and links to other business systems. The simplicity of creating content allows many departments to be content creators and easily share info within the company.
Great platform, amazing support!
What do you like best about the product?
For a small team, implementing a new intranet can be daunting. Simpplr's implementation team made the process not just painless but enjoyable -- especially after a failed attempt with another intranet provider that outsourced their implementation support, to our project's detriment. The process was true to the name -- simple -- just like the user and admin experience of using the platform. The support our Corp Comms and IT teams have received is second to none, and it didn't end after implementation. Our account rep is very attentive, helpful, and reliable. Our employee engagement on the platform has consistently been over 90% since we launched over a year ago. Clearly, employees are happy with the tool, and so are we. I would highly recommend Simpplr to anyone considering them.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's one of the pricier platforms, so we really had to go to bat to get internal budget approval, but it's well worth it. One improvement we'd love to see -- and have requested -- is the ability to add polls directly on a site dashboard using a tile. Currently, polls can only be posted in the site feed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Simpplr has reduced the amount of email employees receive and reduced silos in the business by making information that was previously limited to specific lines of business available to all employees. It's also enabled us to give business and functional departments more ownership over their communications.

What do you like best about the product?
Simpplr provides users with a centralized platform for internal employee communication and collaboration. This helps employees access the right information across the board and brings everyone on the same page.
What do you dislike about the product?
Simpplr can seamlessly integrate with Salesforce products, but it fails to integrate with some 3rd party tools used by my organization. This can create siloed data and make it difficult to manage information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Simpplr is solving the problem of lack of transparency within my organization. With Simpplr, it is much easier to share news and information. This reduces confusion to a great extent and helps create a more cohesive team culture.
