An All-In-One Employee Experience Tool

What do you like best about the product?
We are still in the implementation stage, but are looking forward to a modern, searchable intranet that can be accessed from a laptop or mobile app.
What do you dislike about the product?
The set up process requires a bit more than we expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We haven't implemented yet.

What do you like best about the product?
1. Helps to transform employee experience.
2. Gives higher management authority to build a social workplace which could be customised for teams and departments.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no downsides but a strategic market awareness should be done in order to make simpplr grow as not many people are using it.
So, lack of awareness we can say.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. Communication within team
2. Helps to share content
3. Also helps in surveys by giving options of polling

Within the organisation it helps us in vast extent of connection between different projects groups

What do you like best about the product?
Its AI capabilities have taken my attention the most, file sharing and version control have never been easier than this. I have been using this for communication with my team on daily basis.

I could not see any negative point as of now in simpplr

What do you like best about the product?
The youth needs Simpplr kind of modern intranet software. It is extremely user friendly & its AI capabilities have no match.
What do you dislike about the product?
I use Simpplr on a daily basis & I have not come across any improvement points for Simpplr.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Simpplr makes the coversations easier with its AI capabilities.

What do you like best about the product?
Simpplr provides a straightforward solution for inter-team communication that is effective and easy to use. The SAAS provided by it gives the user more time to focus on the problem than the process associated by it.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing particular that I dislike about Simpplr, but to answer the question, I would say that little bit of automation on some processes would really help the user to further enhance the experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Simpplr is the alternative that I use for all employee communications so that I can focus on the problem at hand instead of worrying about who should be involved in the issue or what process should be added, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
Simpplr was easy to learn and developing the content was quick and easy.

I would like to see additional enhanced functionality for more social network interactions amongst the employees.

Simpplr is an excellent tool for engaging with our employees in various locations. In addition, love to share the culture/community events and the ability for employees to comment and engage.

The awareness piece seems interesting. It may be an excellent solution to solve some of our tracking needs.

What do you like best about the product?
A central tool is necessary for any global company, but Simpplr offers utility beyond a run-of-the-mill intranet platform. It has become a vital an essential tool for the day-to-day life of our workforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
We **need** all the tiles to be viewable on the mobile app. Much of our staff work on-the-go, not at a computer, and utilizing the information via the mobile app is important.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Centralizing resources for our global company. Helping with version control and staying up-to-date.
