RevenueHero streamlined our lead flow and booked our first customer in less than a month

What do you like best about the product?
We started using RevenueHero to automate meeting scheduling and lead routing on our website and within the first month, it already paid off by helping us land a new customer. Since then, RevenueHero has consistently booked qualified meetings for us, completely removing the manual back-and-forth we used to have over email or phone.

The feedback we get from prospects is always the same: it’s super slick and easy to book a meeting. The entire scheduling experience feels seamless and professional, which reflects positively on our brand.

RevenueHero integrates smoothly with our HubSpot CRM, making it easy to sync lead data, track meetings, and automate workflows. It’s great to see everything in one place, and we don’t have to worry about data slipping through the cracks.

What we love most is that RevenueHero integrates perfectly with our forms and routes leads based on criteria we define. Once a lead hits our site and fills in their details, the system automatically qualifies and matches them with the right team member, no need for manual triage. Often, the first time we speak to a lead is during the actual meeting itself. That’s a huge time-saver and has increased the conversion rate from form submission to meeting held.
What do you dislike about the product?
RevenueHero is a powerful tool, but the initial setup can feel a bit technical if you're not familiar with routing logic or CRM integrations. That said, their support team was very responsive and helped us get everything up and running quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
RevenueHero is helping us automate the process of booking meetings and routing leads—something we previously handled manually. Before, form submissions triggered internal follow-ups to schedule a meeting, which took time and effort.
