The perfect tool to automate disk wiping
What do you like best about the product?
The posibility to automate a disk wiping remotely.
What do you dislike about the product?
Creating the automated script can be tedious sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are now able to completely wipe the disks on remote servers, based on far offices. there is no need to human intervention on the remote servers.
The Best Drive Cleaning Tool
What do you like best about the product?
The usb provided with its SO for booting the laptop with the tool, also the network tools for cleaning various drivers at the same time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe that they could create a package with some SATA III to USB 3 connectors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Wiping confidential data from more than 15 drives. As our company manages a various quantity of confidential data and because of the GDPR, this tool came to me after various research and it has demonstrated to be one of the most secure tools for wiping.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you have inform about the standards and risk for wiping drives, WipeDrive has most of them.
Good software but even better Customer Support
What do you like best about the product?
Phone support at White Canyon is my favorite part of our experience with WipeDrive. We've had some SQL database issues with our FlexStation. The team at White Canyon were fantastic! They were sending us updated builds immediately while on the phone. And when things got more involved, they included one of their developers until they found a bug causing the issue.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the software UI is simple and easy to use, sometimes we wish there were more options when it came to reporting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use both the WipeDrive/Flexstation and PXE to wipe hard drives and laptops. Since using WipeDrive, we've been able to get through all of our inventory. Something that's never been done before for our company.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Wipedrive is a good product and will improve as times goes on. We as a company are probably smaller compared to other comanies White Canyon sells too, but they never treated us like a small company. Customer support was always quick to respond and we were never down for long periods of time. I cannot stress how important a service like this has to have great support, and White Canyon exceeded our expectations.

Easy and secure, just follow the prompts and it securely erases

The need for a dongle or multiple licenses. Would be nice to have unlimited licenses plan.

We have been able to wipe all of our computers so we may securely ship the to be liquidated

The benefit of wiping malware or viruses. Clean hard drive to put back on the operating system.

Is your computer running slow? WipeDrive will remove your hard drive data and allow for a fresh install of your operating system and programs. If you have malware or viruses you can wipe it and have a new install of your operating system and other software. No annual subscription one time fee. Free technical support. WipeDrive is compatible with all machines running on an x86 architecture including all versions of Windows and all versions of Mac. You want a safe product, this is the one you want.

What do you like best about the product?
It has lots of options for different wipes. Also the support is always helpful.
The user interface is user friendly and able to work my way through things without having to ask for help in regards to small issues.

There is nothing that I do not dislike I have had zero issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Wiping data from data center equipment and that we have a wide variety of options for wipes to meet our customers needs. We have realized that wipe drive is more economical for our customers when doing a wipe versus other wiping software companies.

The support is fantastic and if you have any issues they are able to help you come up with a solution.

Outstanding Product
What do you like best about the product?
Simplicity. We've been using it for over 7 years. We also have WipeDrive integrated with our inventory system so all computer specifications can be uploaded once the wiping process is completed. The team at WipeDrive is very responsive to questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't think of any dislikes. Anything we had discovered was quickly resolved by the WipeDrive team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Protecting our client's data. We guarantee our clients that any of their computer equipment that comes through our doors will have the data 100% eradicated.
